This hotel is clean and offers many amenities, including a very nice pool and exercise area. The staff was extremely friendly and warm. We will definitely stay here again! 08 July 2014

Staff were all fantastic - very helpful with directions in how to get to the Farmer's Market - recommended places to eat and the food was awesome. I will certainly stay there again! 07 July 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hospitality and Service - Excels The staff was always cheerful and helpful - never hesitating to help guests meet their needs. I stayed there for weeks, and so I observed most of the staff and many guests (coming and goings) and it was the same, never faltering in their pursuit of high quality customer service. Rooms were very clean, AC/Heat unit control was very good - did not need to run 24/7 as in some hotels - maintained my desired setting with minimal running (if at all). Therefore one of the quietest rooms possible. 18 June 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kyle at front desk - rude, obnoxious and aweful! Kyle at front desk - not accommodating, he complained about doing his job. Check in process took 1/2 hour. I felt as I was an inconvenience to him. Not recognized as IHG member. Was told my points don't count when I travel for business. Over all VERY poor customer service. 15 June 2014
