Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay, but Beds Too Firm Overall great stay. Only a few problems: 1. Beds are too firm, which led to restless sleep. 2. Climate controls were confusing. Not sure if it ever actually worked. 3. Rooms are planned to accommodate only 3 people instead of 4. Otherwise, we had a very good experience. 22 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exellent location and friendly staff Two friends on a winter break to porto for the first time,Hotel was in a exellent location from the airport,15mins on a number 507 bus cost 1euro 85cents and the bus stops right out the front entrance.also you can take a 507 0r 601 bus to city centre for 1euro 85 cents exellent value. Check in was quick,young lady on reception was knowledgeable and friendly,tea and coffee facility in the room was appreciated,rooms were lovely and clean,Bathroom lovely nice having bath shower and hair wash provided, Breakfast was long and relaxing and plentiful. We had been out sight seeing all day and the rain was atrocious so decided not to venture out in the evening and the lovely lady on reception ordered us a pizza to be delivered,where we sat in comfort and the warm with a drink or two to eat it. We would come back to porto and definately book to stay here again 14 November 2014

El hotel está apartado del centro, pero bien comunicado. El personal es encantador y muy preocupado a la hora de solucionar cualquier incidencia o pregunta. La calidad del desayuno muy buena. La habitación está muy bien. La calidad es de un 4 estrellas, como mínimo. 04 November 2014
