Booking in was a breeze. Very friendly polite staff during the evening. Comfortable bed with air conditioning. All good until you wake up then it goes rapidly down hill. The staff were miserable and not very helpful and the fried breakfast was inedible.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, advised on places to eat as evening meals were not available on site. The room was well furnished, modern, clean and functional. In spite of being on a busy roundabout, the room was quiet. Breakfast options were plentiful and good quality, and checkout was quick and efficient, an excellent overall experience.

A Good overall hotel but the guest room I had was a little tired and worn although did not detract from a good stay
The one thing to be aware of is that this hotel does not do evening meals or snacks and only a vending machine for drinks and chocolate/crisps is available. You are directed to go across the road to a restaurant facility attached to another hotel. Having stayed at many other hotels within this brand they have all provided meals in the evening so this was somewhat of an unwelcome surprise
Stayed for two nights whilst visiting friends in the area and feel that this is a perfectly acceptable hotel to stay at when you know the limitations in advance

I am a diabetic and travel most days for work purposes. This is the first time I stayed at Ramsgate and the mobile phone reception in the room is non existant. I explained this issue to the staff, who said they could not do anything with regards to this. I could not take any business calls in the room plus also certain area's in reception. I am also diabetic, and sometimes need to contact others for assistance and need my phone by me all the time - just in case!!

It was a good couple of days and enjoyed the hotel as it was clean and comfotable. Limited cooked breakfast options.
