Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problems with stay.... I was locked out of my room twice by hotel staff as they worked through some booking issues they were having, there were areas of the hotel that had a foul odor and the jacuzzi was not functioning properly during my stay. 20 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good Breakfast options, fairly clean rooms, dark rooms with low light. I was not very impressed with the rooms here, maybe staying at other brands has spoilt me, the check in staff were good, check in was painless. Rooms were clean but dated. Lights in the room were not adequate, bathroom was clean but dated. After returning from a long busy day i requested one of the staff members for clean towels she simply replied we don't have them, i asked when can i have them she then replied try in the morning and walked away. Normally if this was the situation at other hotels, the staff would take note and have towels for me at my door in the am, no such follow up here, the hotel did not seem all that busy either. For this reason i would not recommend this hotel. Pros were: Breakfast options were aplenty. Pricing was ok considering SXSW was in town. 19 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good but need more lights just that the whole room seemed dim even with all lights on and especially the bathroom area and over the sink horrible for applying makeup or shaving and I dislike that I cannot turn the fan off in the bathtub area. 11 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by check in Wasnt to bad for check in but I was told I couldnt check in early because they were gonna check in a baseball team first. I felt baseball teams are not members and use every once in awhile. Just felt as a member I should have been allowed first or we all wait til check in. Baseball Team had not arrived yet. 10 March 2015
