Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Service; Dirty After walking around in our hotel room, our feet were complete black from how dirty it was. The garbage containers in the great breakfast rooms were so dirty I didn't even use it to throw away our trash (I didn't want our hands to get that much dirtier). Other than that, the service was decent. Not over the top, but didn't make us wait for feel bad for asking for extra towels. May 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Value, Great Staff! As a cust serv mgr and corporate trainer for a large company, I am sensitive to how I am treated when I travel or visit an establishment. When I contacted this property for a very last-minute reservation, I was greeted warmly by Heather who assisted with my reservation. I arrived late that night, exhausted from my flight from CT. Christina was at the desk and knew of my arrival and was just as friendly and kind. I would hire these two ladies in a heartbeat to work for me! A smile goes a long way for sure. Throughout the next several days, I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer (Night Auditor), Ruth (front desk), as well as Randy, the GM. Perhaps it's Southern hospitality or that someone vets their employee's well prior to hiring, but whatever it is...it works. I was under tremendous stress for a job interview and was still exhausted from my long flight. They extended me every courtesy to make my visit pleasant and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and less stressful. Francesca, the kind housekeeping lady who was so respectful of my time as I ran around at check-out, stood so patiently at a distance while I scrambled so she could clean my room for other guests! Companies talk about delivering on customer service, but very few actually do. It's refreshing to realize that not only did this property deliver, but went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied as a customer and IHG member. Thank you Holiday Inn Round Rock for making my visit a little less painful. I'll be sure to visit your property again when I am back in Austin! May 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a good experience I stayed here to recover from an operation before heading back home. The mattress quality therefore was important to me, and I found it lacking in that regard, it was clearly an old model as the box spring was noisy with each movement and I sank into it. The carpet is in need of a shampoo because our feet were sticking to it and left the bottoms black. Outside of these points I was very satisfied with the staff and the overall amenities, but most likely would try the newer facility across the street next time. May 11, 2015
