Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just average Average HIE. Breakfast seemed to be lacking in selection, however. Front desk staff were nice, but unprofessional. Interaction felt fake and forced. They went back to horsing around, swearing, etc as soon as I stepped away from the desk. Night shift told me to stop in and grab another water as needed but morning shift insisted on charging me. 30 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room was fine, breakfast was institutional and bland Assuming that the breakfast buffet is somehow figured into my room bill, I'd much prefer a breakfast 'credit' and get breakfast somewhere else. The food is borderline insulting, given that I'm probably paying for it in some way. The room itself and staff were fine. 26 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Night In Natomas This Holiday Inn offers a standard room for those staying short-term... probably waiting for a flight from Sacramento Int'l Airport. The room was well cleaned and the king size bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely cleaned, although the complimentary toiletry items were on the rather mundane side—usable, to be certain. The early morning breakfast area (4:00 a.m.) was open at checkout with fresh coffee and an assortment of pastries and some fruit... a nice addition for an early morning travel schedule. The best part of the hotel was the courtesy and efficiency of the front desk personnel. They seemed to care about what was needed and afforded answers to questions quickly... knowledgeable about the area as far as routes to take, and so on. I would stay at this hotel again if I had to travel out of Sacramento Int'l Airport. 26 March 2015
