Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Traveler No wi-fi because the signal was too weak to reach my room. The pillows were all fluffy, no firm ones. The staff were extremely nice and the free shuttle to the Riverwalk were the only things keeping this hotel at a three star rating. 15 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Eat before you get here at night, and the parking spots are TIGHT Unfamiliar with the area, and no restaurants are immediately noticed as you near the hotel. The parking lines are really close, and if you have a larger vehicle you likely won't be able to fit within them. When you try to leave, you may not be able to get the wheels turned before you run into the cars behind you. 15 December 2014

From housekeeping to Joey and Jay, the drivers, to Stephanie, Desiree, Janie, Raquel, David and the other front desk person ell. Ernest is very diligent when something needs to be repaired. Warren and Lou Ann as well, the whole staff goes out of their way to make sure my stay is great. Awesome group you have Mr. Mehesh! 14 December 2014

There was construction in the roadway and parking lot, but this was alayed once I entered the facility. The interior had been refreshed as were the rooms. The proximity to the Marathon events and downtown was ideal. Walked to all Marathon-related activities and Riverwalk / Tower of the Americas / The Alamo. The staff was, to a person, very attentive and pleasant. Room/facility condition and cleanliness wwere outstanding. 11 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Marathon weekend Our overall experience here was generally good. The employees were very helpful. The breakfast was great. They even opened it up an hour earlier on the day of the race so all the runners could use it early. The room was nice. The only negatives were that the internet service was slow, and we had a room facing the main street, and on Saturday night, it was a little nosier than what we would normally like. It was fine on Sunday night due to less traffic. 10 December 2014
