Great option for business, with clean, confortable, and spacious guest room. Good customer care, front desk very attentious to guest's needs.
Breakfast has good standard, but could be complemented with better fresh fruits.

I travel a lot and out of all the Holiday Inns that I have been to, this is my favorite. The staff is friendly, the rooms are a nice size, the breakfast buffet is excellent. They also have several computers for costumers' use. It is also close to many restaurants and a huge mall. I would gladly stay here again.

Best place for visitors to hang out with friends, tourist Santiago and mix it with business meetings.
Location is perfect! Few minutes to restaurants areas, pubs, bars and well connected by freeway to airport and northern and southern areas.
Don't need a rent a car.

Check in people were both very friendly and helpful and the check in process smooth. Rooms very clean, generous in size and has all the basic amenities such as TV, coffee pot, etc. Wireless internet very speedy which is very important to the traveller. This hotel is well-located. Would highly recommend

I am a frecuent traveller and for me service is more than a good room. This holiday inn is maybe one of the better hotels holiday . The staff is all time ready to serve snd help. I recommend it when you travel to santiago.

I have stayed at least 40 nights at the hotel this year. I asked for a late check out at 4 pm and was charged 1/2 rate!
I am Platinum Elite and I feel they could of gave me a 4 pm check out. They were also not nice about it ever at a 3 pm check out. I an returning to Chile on the 22 and I will not be staying there.

This hotel is just OK for a short trip, but alone. I would not recommend it for couples, or for families.
The hotel has some problems: a little old (shower curtain was torn, but changed after 3 days), some noise of the AC equipments on the top floors (which staff knows about), amenities in the bathroom are pretty bad (lotion turns into water as son as it has contact with the skin) and it just feels like the staff will only do what is needed to keep their job and no more.
In adition I booked a Jr. Suite and got a standard room, and my stay has not been credited to my account.
The location of the hotel is very good: restaurants, shopping center, cinema, supermarket, anything you are looking for you should be able to find and you should be able to get there with no more than a 10 minute walk.

Estuve hospedado 04 noches en este Hotel y viendo mi cuenta status , veo que no he ganado ningun punto por mi estadia esta vez , por que ?
Hice mi reserva via telefono y pague con mi tarjeta de credito y segun mi documento final de check out veo que mi cuenta/membership estaba en la cuenta como siempre para considerar mis puntos.

Algunas cosas dañaron mi estadía y me hacen dudar de volver a este hotel:
1. Llegue a las 8:00am al hotel y me dijeron que tenía que esperar hasta después de mediodía por la habitación, o la otra opción era pagar media noche y me daban la habitación en ese instante, acepte la opción de pagar media noche y me asignaron habitación, 11 días después, cuando realice el checkout, me cobraron la noche completa en vez de media noche como me habían dicho, me queje y me dijeron que esa era la política del hotel. Por la poca honestidad del personal de recepción la empresa para la que trabajo ya está buscando otras opciones para mi hospedaje en Chile. La primera vez que me quede en este hotel, hace dos años, no me cobraron por asignar la habitacion temprano.
2. Realice el express check out y nunca llego mi factura final a ninguno de mis correos, tampoco es accesible por mi cuenta de IHG Rewards.
3. Solo hay blackouts en las habitaciones, así que si quiere privacidad en horas del día no va a poder aprovechar la luz natural, muy malo para quienes necesitan trabajar en el hotel ya que la iluminación de las habitaciones es apropiada para descansar pero no para trabajar.
4. Solo hay hielo en el sótano, pasando por los salones de eventos.
5. Internet exageradamente lento, no podía sostener una conversación sobre Skype.
6. Nunca se me reconoció como miembro Platinum de IHG Rewards.
7. No me asignaron los puntos a mi cuenta de IHG Rewards, fue necesario enviar 2 veces el requerimiento de mis puntos faltantes para que los asignaran.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Falta poco para la perfección, pero falta.
Estuve en el hotel dos estancias largas (una de casi un mes).
Solo faltan dos cosas para ser la residencia perfecta en Santiago:
Una conexión a Internet digna, la velocidad es tan baja que solo permite la bajada de emails y poco más.
La otra es una mayor simpatía de las encargadas de recepción, les falta una sonrisa. El resto del personal es excelente.

From the front door to the room, staff, taxis, everything was clean, comfortable and welcome. The only thing I could improve on would be an in house restaurant, although hey did have a cafeteria. On business, great, will stay again!

I stayed at this hotel while taking part in a summer internship with a business in Santiago. The location is excellent, as it is located in the very modern neighborhood of Vitacura. There are tons of great restaurants near the hotel, and Costanera Center (the largest shopping mall in South America) is only a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly, and everything about the room was first class. It was always kept tidy and restocked with soap, shampoo, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago.

The room was comfortable and the service very good as we can expect in Holiday Inn hotels.
However the sleep quality was poor during the 4 nights of our stay due to a permanent noise of kind of engine.

I would like to personally Thank Danielle and Carla at front desk for their exceptional service during our family's stay there.
Our trip was a last minute booking , do to a family members funeral.
These ladies accommodated us quickly and we had a hassle free check-in. Also arranged Taxi service for us from the airport to the hotel.
Good location, Very clean and great value for a stay.

Of three trips to Santiago, Chile I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express El Golf twice, unfortunately I was too late with my booking once and the hotel was fully booked. I enjoy this hotel for what it is, a business hotel which means that the holiday guests are very few and with this also that I haven't experienced any children during my stays. I consider this a huge benefit since I travel to Santiago to work and enjoy the atmosphere during breakfast with the news on TV and the opportunity to catch up on emails.
The staff at the reception desk is very friendly, helpful and English-speaking. Rooms are nice and bright and a good size. The location is fantastic, centrally located right between the downtown area and Vitacura only minutes away from the amazing Parque Bicentenario. After a long day at the office and in the weekends I very much enjoy walking in either direction depending on the purpose for the day.
This hotel is highly recommendable.

The reception staff , restaurant staff and over all staff were courteous yet never smiled. As a frequent traveller for periods of 7 - 10 days away from home a smile goes a long way. I did not find it in the Holiday Inn Express of Santigo. I did stay at the Holiday in Express in Bogota two days later and the service was fenomenal. Even the cleaning people greted me with a smile each time. I rate them a 10 and in Chile a 2 at best.
Amenities in Bogota an 8 and Chile a 2 at best a 3.

This Hotel rating is definitely based on it's location, the Metro is close by, nice Mall with Supermarket close by, all sort of restaurants in the area and Taxi availability with Room charge most of the time.
What could be improved:
- Room layout, it's nice but it could be better
- Electric outlets close to the working area and night tables (who doesn't want to charge their cell phone and use it as an alarm to wake up?)
- Bed comfort wasn't great but wasn't bad either
- For been a Holiday Inn Express has good variety of service
- Very Helpful and always willing to help (just had one issue with a trainee which was fixed shortly after)

First time that I have been this unhappy with a hotel in a long time. I had stayed at the hotel 2 times in the last 2 months totaling 35 total days in hotel. I had quite a few more to stay over the next months in this area.
My first issue is that they do NOTHING for IHG Rewards members. Even a single bottle of water, a newspaper, a "Welcome back to a valued member" would have been nice. I had commented on this one time and the front desk clerk acknowledged that they don't and apologized. He suggested that I fill out a comment card for the issue.
My second issue was regarding the air conditioning. The hotel lobby and guest area was very hot on several days with even the staff commenting on the heat. Air conditioning in the common areas and rooms were minimal at best. I talked to the front desk and they suggested that I fill out a comment card.
Lastly, seems that you have to unplugged the lightbulbs when they go bad and leave them on the table or they will never check them. IF I put them on the table, they did put in a new one.
I judge any company or hotel not by the problems that they have but how they respond to them. The last straw for this hotel was the next issue.
I noticed that the rate (supposedly a corporate rate) was significantly higher than a rate I could get off the internet. I asked for some consideration of this fact for last reservation and for future reservations since I still had at least 30-45 days more in the hotel. The clerk made a note in the file and said that the manager would look at it in the morning. When I got my bill, i noticed that there was no consideration given. I mentioned to the front desk clerk that i was not very happy about that and I felt the need to find more competitive lodging in the area.
Next, the front desk clerk called the front desk manager and explained, in spanish, not knowing I fully understood, that I would not be returning because I was not happy with the hotel value for the cost. The manager never even looked at me, never asked me any questions, never got any feed back. Basically responded "oh well' and walked off.
On a positive note, the normal front desk staff and the security/concierge staff were exceedingly polite and friendly.
I do not recommend this hotel in this area.

The Holiday Inn Express in Santiago, Las Condes has been a great place to stay each of the times I have had to travel to Santiago. It is within easy walking distance of the brand new mall Costanera Center as well as the Metro. The rooms are clean, just don't have a refrigerator in case you want to buy something and want to keep it cold such as leftovers from the fabulous restaurants just around the corner. I felt completely safe walking at any hour of the day or night in the neighbourhood. The Staff always have a friendly smile and great conversation. Any problems, they jump right to it to fix them. This is the best Holiday Inn Express (Better than a lot of Holiday Inns) in the World.
