Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Business Stay I have stayed in this hotel for 7 of the past 10 months. Employees are incredible, always in a good mood and available for questions or problems. I believe the two greatest weaknesses of the hotel are the breakfast and the gym. The first one has not changed in 1 year, the variety of food is not very wide. The disposable coffee cups used allways leak from the bottom. I told this to the Hotel manager, who changed them, but dissapointingly the following day the cheap cups were back! The gym only has 4 running machines, that if used at the same time, power turns off! I'm not asking for a 5 star gym, but at least one or two weights to workout. 31 July 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VERY GOOD!!! I stayed two weeks with my family, one room, four people. Great advantage that you can include two children under 17 in the same room. Everythig was very good. The room in 15th floor with very nice views, confortable wide beds, big tv plasma, friendly staff and of course everything very clean!!! Parking, wi fi and securiry box was included. Excellent location for bussines and near to restaurants and Costanera Center Mall, where the new tallest building of Southamerica is being finished. Very good breakfast included. I have been at Holiday Inn Express and the staff is great and ready to help. 2 things that I would do to make it better: -> Add more outlets closer to the bed and in easier places. With the amount of devices we carry on business is impossible to find enough outlets close to window. -> Add brazilian channels due to the quantity of brazilians that are coming to the country. I am surprised that Globo is not part of the TV list. Anyway I really need to thank for all for the support and hope to come back soon. Regards, Alex 15 July 2013

Local shopping, shopping malls and a wide variety of resturants are allclose. Hotel is modern, rooms are nice size, modern, and very well kept. No pool but small gym. The only things that need to be improved are a small upgrade on the wifi and the sitting chair in the room, which is not comfortable, if you are staying there more than a few days, your only comfortable choice is to really sit on the bed, the chair even short term is not good for support or comfort, a bad choice in furniture - other than that, a perfect hotel for small or medium long stays for pleasure or business. 16 April 2013

Nothing spectacular with the facility, road construction in front was disruptive and should have been advised of at time of booking. This property is well located near restaurants as well as transportation resources including bus and metro. The staff are consistently courteous, the property clean and well maintained. The IT resources are up to date and the breakfast buffet is very pleasant. Meeting facilities are also very practical for small events. 14 March 2013

This hotel is well situated, the facilities very well maintained, the staff courteous and helpfull. A very comfortable cost effective solution alone or with a group! The hotel was clean the breakfast very good and the bed very confortable.The staff was very pleasant and helpful in English or Spanish There was wi-fi in room and a business center if you needed it.a nice workout room also available.. They will also store your luggage for you after you check out if you havve a late flight and you probablyy will. This was idwal for us as we were visiting Santigo for two full days and only one night. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone. . 19 February 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel We stayed at the hotel 3 nights prior to a cruise. This is a good, clean, comfortable hotel on what I would call an enhanced HI Express model. It provides an excellent breakfast buffet and maintains a cafeteria open until at least late afternoon (which is handy). The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient and more than helpful. It is located in an upscale business/residential area. Multiple restaurants of all types are available only a couple of blocks away. Very convienient. Everything functioned while we were there - except the WiFi which was unreliable. However there were good hard connection desk tops available off the lobby. 16 February 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel and very good service Stay here on business and it is a good base for both relaxation and work. Staff very helpful - all spoke English. Parking garage is a bit of a maze but no big deal. Food was very nice and lots of it. Location involves a short walk to eating places, but plenty of choice. Easily accessible by car from the airport and close to highways. Price is very comparable with other Santiago hotels in this class - yes, you can go cheaper, but you know what you're getting at this hotel. 18 January 2013
