Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good night stay We were in Boston and looking for a hotel close to the airport. For the price we couldn't beat the Holiday Inn. We checked in and were greeted by the staff. Very friendly. They assisted with everything we needed. Anytime we were sitting in the loby we were asked if there was anything we needed. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a little above a normal buffet style hotle breakfast. Again the people working in the dining area went out of there way to keep it clean and ask if we needed anything. I would recommend this property. October 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and great service My husband and I were going on vacation and needed to leave our car. Instead of leaving it at the airport we decided to extend our vacation an extra night and stay at the hotel and leave our car at Holiday Inn Express and enjoy the afternoon and evening away and start the vacation a day early. What a great decision that was. I would recommend this for anyone having an early flight. Rooms were perfect and customer service was great. October 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is not located near the airport Based on the hotel's advertising that they were an "airport" hotel, we made a reservation so that we would have easy access to picking up a rental car the next day. It took us approximately 40 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Traffic was congested. Then we had to do it all over again the next day since we didn't pick up our rental until the next day. A cab to and from the downtown Boston area costs us $100. We heard the hotel staff tell another guest that they can advertise that they are an "airport" hotel because of their location on the expressway. We wasted a lot of time and money because of their distance from the airport. It was very disappointing. We actually cancelled our reservation on the last night of our vacation because we found a hotel that was actually near the airport and was less expensive and provided a shuttle. Very bad advertising and cost us a lot of money and time. September 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great choice for long term stay/park at Logan Because of the price, I was expecting a property that was a bit run down. The room was clean and updated. The staff were great, the parking is under cover, the shuttle guy was great and on time. Overall, very happy. I stay at hotels frequently and have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms, so this review is not from a novice. Also, I almost never leave a review. I took the time to leave this review.
