Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful oasis! After driving for 16 hours we stopped at the Holiday Inn Express Savannah Airport. At 10pm it was very busy in the lobby area with guests arriving. Our check-in was very efficient. We requested extra bedding for the pullout couch and it was quickly delivered to our room even though the lobby was bustling. I was so pleased with our stay that we checked in again a week later on our return trip. Wish this place was closer to home, I would stay there more often. It was clean and the breakfast was wonderful to send us on our way. 04 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed While traveling from Florida north we decided that Savannah would be a great place to stop for the night and selected this HIE based on past experiences during our travels to/from Florida and booked a room using my points. After checking in (it was very late) we drove around the parking lot to find only 3 spaces left. After pulling into a spot we noticed a vehicle in the corner (2 spaces away) with people inside. My wife and kids were not comfortable getting out so I dropped them off at the front door. After circling the lot finding no more space, I decided to park beside the car with people just hanging out (it was after midnight). As I made it to our room, my wife and kids were standing in the hall outside of the room. They had found that the room door was open and they were not comfortable entering without me. I decided to ask for a different room only to be told that there were none. I also mentioned the suspicious car in the parking only to have it brushed off. My wife then went to the front desk to ask for a sifferent room and found that there were other rooms but the young lady at the front desk refused to change because she said they were assigned to individuals who had not yet shown up. Seems like it would have been an easy fix that would have satisfied us (the "Customer"). The room turned out okay but I wanted you know our experience and why we will not stay here again. The easy fix would have resolved everything! Poor customer service has turned me off of this property forever! 03 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Go to one of hte other numerous hotels int he area Terrible staff and rooms feel dirty. I am a Platinum IHG member and was using my points for the stay but I was made to feel very uncomfortable as receptionist kept saying in a very loud voice that I was getting a free room. He should be reminded that I give IHG a lot of business and that is why I am able to get a "free" room. 02 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy The price was to high but from long travel had to sleep. They don't honor Veterans discount or AARP. The rooms are noisy. Bringing food out for breakfast the woman had a cold coughing in food so we didn't even eat just left. Drive from Canada had no idea we were in Airport area. I have been happy with your other hotels but not this experience . 31 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in Savannah! We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Savannah. Staff could not have been any friendlier to all of us and the spacious rooms are a plus. Breakfast was OK, a little room for improvement when it comes to variety and quality of food. Overall, we recommend this hotel to everyone! Very safe. 29 December 2014

We love the great choices of resturants near by. It is wonderful that they are accessible by shuttle also. This is the place to stay when flying. 26 December 2014
