Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Leisure time When we entered the hotel the desk clerk was very helpful and courtesy. During our breakfast, the service worker was very observant and helpful when noticing the table was not clean and made sure it was clean before we sat down. 12 December 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't ever stay in room 104 I stay in HI Express's dozens of times a year for work. This one is easily the worst I have ever stayed in. My room (104# was located directly next to the fitness room. The TV was on and blaring at full blast all night long. I woke up over and over due to the booming sound, thinking it was a rude neighbor. After I called the desk about it at 3AM, they said there's nothing they can do, probably not realizing #or not caring# that the fitness center was the cause of the noise. In addition, the room walls were so thin all noise filtered through from the other side as well #another TV). The room was old and outdated, hard mattress, and the TV had only a couple of HD channels. Then the Wifi was out all evening as well. Never again! 10 December 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dissapointed the bathrooms were dirty and had hair on the sink, toilet and floor. Work boot tracks on the bathroom floor and the carpet was not cleaned properly. Problems with toilet running and was moved to another room were there was still a problem with the toilet, which I repaired. Water from drain in room above us ran thru pipe in the wall near our bed so we heard it drain as it was used. Not a good way to relax and sleep. Air Conditioner fan was not able to constantly run to drown out noisey guest above us and road noise. Was stuck in auto mode and kept going on and off all night. Breakfast staff did not keep food items resupplied as needed. There was trash blowing around in front of the hotel enterance. I normally really enjoy Holiday Inn Express but was very dissapointed with this one. 05 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good sleep The only thing I was disappointed in was the fitness center. There were no towels in the room whenever I went it. I work out daily and did not feel enough attention was given to the room. There were no weights. 03 December 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to HIE standards Road trip to southern states. Stayed in five Holiday Inn Express. This was way below the wonderful experiences we have had in the past and along the way on this trip.Room was far from clean. Main surfaces were wiped down but built up dust and dirt in corners and along tables and lamps. Curtains were not only stained but room darkening shade was ripped in several place.Lamp shade torn. I admit I am particular and I wipe everything down with Clorox wipes but the worst thing was the stains on the bottom bed sheet. They should have never have found there way on to a hotel bed! When I went to the front desk to tell them, it was late in the afternoon. I got flat affect stares from the staff. I asked for another sheet and said I would change it myself if I had to. I was handed a clean sheet. No one even attempted to say they would change it for me. No one even apologized for the disgusting incident ! Hope this type of service and management will be addressed. Bad choice, was below 4.0 rating. 21 November 2014
