Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Are they in transition? Apparently, the entire staff is brand new and I got to experience the joys of new trainees. They were friendly but still learning. While nothing was overtly "horrible" about this stay, everyday had something that pointed out that the staff doesn't have it figured out yet. Some examples: - I came back to my room and the beds hadn't been made - I had already napped in one bed but had to switch to the other when I realized my lamp on that side was out. When I came back the next day, only one bed had been made, but not the other. ??? - Per the sign, I hung my towels up so that the help would know that I was helping to conserve water. 2 days, everything was still replaced, 1 day my towels were taken and not replaced, and 1 day they figured it out. There were some tech glitches, too. The cable was out completely one morning but was fixed by the time I got back. My company handles my travel plans and provides verification for them to accept a company card for payment instead of my own card. When I arrived, they had somehow created 2 reservations for me. One was too many days and needed to be cancelled but the verification was attached there. The other was correct but had no verification. Even though both reservations clearly indicated my company's name, they would not apply the card. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of the travel department to have them repeat what they had already done. 21 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I was surprised (in a different way) Definitely I am not happy about this hotel. I spent three nights in a row having an unclean/undone room. Cleaning personnel does not care for cleanliness basic standards neither a common sense of what a customer expect every night. When I called front desk/reception to ask why room was not done, they simply said "they did not know" leaving to me a sense of not caring about client needs at all. The third night I had to ask : "I just need a clean room to spend the night", when she offered only a couple of towels and soap bars instead. 21 November 2014
