I stayed for 3 nights. I chose the hotel due to the its location close to the Shanghai Master Tennis tournament which was a Y50 cab drive away. For the price I paid for the room it was value for money. Its not 5 star luxury but nor was the price so it was ok. The bed was very hard and the room was basic but it was clean and the hotel provided bottled water. The breakfast was free but I only had 1 slice of toast on one day as there was very limited choice. But there is a Starbucks and other cafes, a Watsons and a 7-11 shop nearby to buy more water and food.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by XZXZ poor room, but excellent staff
smelly room, dirty curtain, tiny bed. But Ms. Wang at reception was extremely helpful to solve my Internet problem while IT staff was away at night. It was something wrong with my computer setting, she tried her best and called IT service center. Really impressed by such an attitude.

The price is reasonable for such a nice hotel. The hotel location is a bit far away from the city center, but still very convenient to reach.

Stayed one night last week. Booked one single bed room. Sound insulation was super as I could hear people talking when I was in the hallway. Inside the room was fine. Clean, and furnitures were in very good shape. Bathroom was in good shape and clean. There was a slight damp smell when you get to teh room from outside, but got used to after a while. Convinent to some comemrcial places with shops and restarants. Parking was plenty and convient. Overall a good experience.

When the temperatu8re is 38C in Shanghai it would be preferable for the air conditioning to work much better. My guess is the room was at about 30C.
You advertise and post signs in the room non smoking but it was obvious this was not the case. I know it is difficult to police
