Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stinky room I was only staying one night, or I would have changed hotels. The room smelled like mildew as soon as I walked in. I believe the odor was from the shower curtain liner in the bathroom. They do not use vinyl shower curtain liners. They use cloth shower curtain liners. I have found most hotel rooms with these always stink. Not only that, the water from when you are showering seeps through and gets onto the floor. It made the entire room smell bad. Although the room appeared clean, the smell of the room made me feel like the room was not clean. I did not tell the staff of the issue during my stay. I was very tired and just wanted to eat and get to bed, and it was just one night. I did, however, tell someone at the front desk as I was checking out. 02 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent but, noise in air conitioner Excellent but air conditioner sounded like a truck outside the window. Big issue was rewards could not be used for weekend due to blackout date and my room was not to be used for rewards. After three calls I gave up. It seems rewards customers should get the BEST treatment not just what is best for the hotel. One rep almost let me use rewards for weekend, but he checked with his superior(?) and she said no due to the above reasons. Not customer led at all. 26 February 2015
