Guess this might depend on varying international flight arrivals. Suggest extra staff required to cope at peak times. Telephone connection for local 19 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very impressed. We're Platinum members, and for once we were made to feel like it. Lovely, helpful staff, charming rooms which are tiny but so cleverly designed that they feel spacious, and excellent rooftop pool area. Every effort was made to accommodate our rather difficult flight schedules - late check-out not a problem, and a very early check-in was organised without a hitch. These guys are really trying hard. Breakfast was excellent with good choices of both Western and Eastern food, and the bar had a small selection of full meals available - expanded between our two stays, three weeks apart. Good location, near river, Chinatown and Marina Bay attractions. Interior view rooms look into atria - quite acceptable, though city view is preferable. 17 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location, great staff, modern facilities This new hotel in Singapore is perfectly situated - easy walking distance to Chinatown, underground transit and restaurants in Clarke Quay area. Its design is modern and though the rooms are "compact" they are very functional and comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows give great views. The reception and house cleaning staff were professional and answered any requests quickly and professionally. The roof top pool was perfect place to cool off after a full day. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both eastern and western foods to choose from and the tables were always kept replenished. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. 16 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New HolidayI Inn now available in Singapore If you are looking for a hotel with good cost performance in Singapore, I like to recommend Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay in terms of location and cleanness which just opend in March 2014. By taking MRT( 5 minutes walk to MRT Cleark Quay Station), hotel guests are easily able to visit main sightseeing spots in Singapore without any problem. 16 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 早餐非常满意,对门卡非常不满 总体感觉很满意,酒店位置不错,然后早餐和顶楼的泳池都印象很深刻。唯一的不满是门卡,入住为2天,但是预订的时候是分开定的,第二天的中午再次和前台确认是否需要更换门卡,前台说不需要,但是当天晚上玩的很累了回房间,门卡却不能使用,跑去前台更新好再次开门还是无法打开,然后再从楼上跑去前台更换,非常的生气~~~~ 13 July 2014

Dies ist allerdings nicht besonders bezüglich Auswahl und Geschmack, schlechter als bei HIX Hotels in den USA. Es ist eher ein Tourisenhotel. Schlange-Stehen beim Check-In wegen IT Problemen. Kein Anerkennen des Kundenstatus (Upgrade, Extra Bonbon...). Zimmer sehr klein. Ambiente etwas dunkel. Außenbereich aber toll. 12 July 2014
