Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good extended stay experience This was a very comfortable, value conscience hotel for my 15 day stay in Singapore. The room was adequate in size for a single (would be tight for a family), comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good for the value and the roof top pool afforded great views of downtown Singapore and surrounding areas. The Clarke Quay area is a great location for out of town visitors - lots to do within easy walking distance. 26 January 2015

The location is great - very convenient to most of the places you'd need to visit in Singapore. Don't miss the Chinese Temple just up the road. 21 January 2015

I find IHG hotels very comfortable to stay. Especially Holiday In and Crowne plaza, Best places to live. Value for money, polite staff, helpful staff, even a housekeeping staff is very well trained and guest centric. I will recommend this Place to friends and i will visit again and again. 19 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very mixed experience The hotel was beautiful. Very good green design on greenery, natural lighting and ventilation. The roof garden, the lobby and the G/F outdoor area were delicately designed. The hotel was in a quite good location, about 10 minute walk from Clarke Quay/Chinatown MRT. The breakfast provided was good! Good choices of food to have a great breakfast everyday. But, the staff and service were below my expectation. I got an unpleasant check-in experience. I really wondered if the girl was experiencing any personal problem. The housekeeping during my stay was also below my expectation to IHG hotel. Really need to tighten the staff training! Set aside the staff problem, this hotel is worth to stay when considering the excellent facilities and the environment. It is still a good value for money. 19 January 2015
