Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by uncomfortable beds and wrong information given by staff In our room both beds were uncomfortable. The double bed matress obviously need changing as spend most of the night rolling in to the middle of the bed. Prior to arrival I rang the hotel to find out about breakfast as breakfast was including and was told that breakfast started at 4.30 am. Not cooked breakfast but continental was available at that time. Unfortuntanely when we arrived I checked about breakfast to be told that there was no breakfast at that time. disaapointment! Did not find your member of staff at reception particularly helpful and hard to understand. what has happened to friendly smiley greeting? Booked this hotel for an early flight and found it very strange that a hotel at a airport terminal would not provide breakfast for early passengers. 23 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HIE London Heathrow T5 Check in was excellent, the black shiny polished tiles when you enter gave the impression of grandeur which was a nice feeling. However the rooms were quite small and cramped for a double and sofa bed, with near to no storage facility available. Breakfast was served too early and finished too early which added stress to my family that really came to London on vacation to relax. The housekeeper showed up at the crack of dawn when we were still asleep!! There really wasn't any chance for us to sleep in considering that we wake up early everyday to go to work 22 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel - ideal for T5. Good hotel that was much quieter than I expected on arrival as it's located on quite a busy road. However, my room was at the back and I heard no road noise at all. To be honest, the sound proofing must be good as I heard very little aircraft noise even although it's 3 miles from T5. Hotel is well served by bus directly from T5 - £9 return and only takes 7 minutes. The return (which goes via Marriot takes about 15 mins). Avoid taxi from T5 as they wanted £35 each way! Would certainly use again for proximity to T5. 20 April 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor stay Having stayed here before, i chose to return. I has changed a lot, Large groups constantly door knocking really makes it impossible to relax. Moved rooms but still did not sleep well night before my flight. If you want a peaceful sleep, I would not stay here. Shower was good. Breakfast catered more for international guests than UK guests 17 April 2015
