Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by too far from airport/internet a farce Arrived on transatlantic flight and tired and looking forward to staying IN the airport as seemingly advertised. Hence, found that I would have to wait for Hoppa Bus which cost 5 UK pounds one way to property. Once there all was good with staff and room. Unfortunately, the internet was a joke. First one had to use the password and THEN had to register for the site which took a long time. I would stay again for the price but get rid of the jumping through hoops to get online at the hotel. 28 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 One of the better Holiday Inn Express Hotels I've used Decent quality hotel with good, clean rooms and 2 restaurants. Very busy with many people travelling to/from Heathrow but this didn't matter as the place seemed to cope quite well. Plenty of parking and location fine for the airport. 27 September 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay Stayed for one night before flying out of the country. Chosen for proximity to Heathrow T5. Staff were very friendly, efficient and courteous. Room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed, including free WiFi. Checkout was quick and simple. Would definitely stay here again. 22 September 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by feel a bit let down I have stayed in holiday inn before aswell as this hotel begote but feel the standard has dropped alot since my last visit. The check in took far too long. The receptionist went for walkabouts while checking us in. Didnt tell us about breakfast timings. Went to our room and it was not cleaned . Called reception they re roomed to a twin instead of double. Rather than write all my gripes -these are the things that disappointed me Some Lights werent working in bathroom properly Shower tray kept getting blocked Room a/c didn't work Breakfast was a very poor selection On plus side We liked the lotion / handwash in bathroom All in all put us off from this hotel and very close to discouraging us to book holiday inn again 17 September 2014
