Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Manager very helpful We were very appreciative of the manager working with us to allow an early arrival as well as accommodating us with short-term parking which allowed us to get our luggage to our room prior to returning our rental car. Bus service was wonderful with pick up at the front door and a short ride to the airport. The only thing I was disappointed in with this location was the restaurant that was available for evening meals. I chose to have a steak (requested to be medium rare) came out cooked medium and tough as shoe leather. Sent back, next steak was somewhat closer to medium rare, but still very tough and not flavorful at all. Probably one of the worst steaks I have ever had. Really upset based on the price charged. Advice- Do not order steak from this establishment, you will be very disappointed. I will say that the pasta and pizza options smelled great, cannot attest to their taste though. June 28, 2015

However, when I asked the reception desk for wash clothes (small towels to be used for washing face, etc.. ), I was given hand towels for wiping your hands face (much larger towels). They seemed confused about what a wash towel was vs. a hand towel. The finally said that we do not have face towels because the are a Holiday Inn "Express". I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels and they had wash towels. I just left a Holiday In Express in Dublin and they had wash towels. I have stayed in other hotel brands within the UK and they had wash towels. The is not a cultural/country difference or a "Express" vs. non-Express difference. This was a cope out. I feel the answer given was lame. I know the issue of towels sounds a bit petty, but I would have much preferred a straight answer like "we just don't have any towels vs. being given a lame answer. Stand was not available for suitcase (had to set on floor) ONLY ONE SHEET ON THE BEDS Desk did not have an adapter available for electrical conversion Wake up call was late Was advised of the bus hop to the airport, told I could buy tickets from a machine in the lobby then told the bus went to only one terminal. After the purchase from a machine that did not provide the complete number of tickets, I was told that I could get different transportation to my departure terminal. staff was pleasant and courteous June 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Located in SLough the hotel is good for travellers from the West who wish to get into London . I take the shuttle to T5 and then into the centre from there. When I finish my business in London I travel back to the hotel pick up my car and go home. Works for me. I ve stayed here a numiber of times. It a good stay and breakfast although simple is adequate. I always seem to get a good nights sleep. Staff are couteous and efficient. I'll stay here again in the future June 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, close to Heathrow Hotel itself is very nice for an 'Express' and the staff are always pleased to help. The rooms are generally clean and modern. The shower is great, though the lights in the bathroom are energy saving and seem to take an age to 'warm up' The breakfast is included within the room rate and is more than adequate, though don't expect a huge range of items, it is free after-all. Tratts is a lovely Italian restaurant within the hotel. The food here is really nice and I would recommend this over the hotels direct offering. I stay here a lot when in the area as for the price and location, I don't think it can be beaten. June 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast and good night's sleep I found the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was well appointed with toiletries provided and a great shower. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of areas to relax in to have a drink and chat. Breakfast was very good with continental style and full English as well. June 25, 2015
