Second publicity in lift refer to one service is not available all days making confusion because usually product on lift are same restaurant. Generally service is OK except restaurant that the best was a person on the first day because was the unique checking needs of customer something like customer make feel comfortable 26 February 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel bed I have ever stayed in The room was comfortable however the bed was very small and very uncomfortable and has to be the worst that I have ever slept in, well when I say slept in I found it very difficult to sleep and suffered ongoing back pain from this for the duration of the holiday that I flew out from Heathrow on the following morning for the next week. you need to review this and get it sorted. 23 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice An exceptional hotel for a HI Express, 2 eating choices and nice rooms. Parking a bit steep at £10 a day, and was a bit annoyed when I got home and checked my invoice to find someone (presumably house keeping) had made calls on my room phone to a mobile phone while I wasn't there. I was half asleep when I checked out and am sure the receptionist only mentioned the food additions... 20 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service We arrived at round 3pm. There was no queue at the front desk and they have three staff. The staff kept ringing the house keeping to double check if my room is ready. I was waiting for 15 mins just waiting for my room to be ready! It had been a long day for us and my son was a bit sick. Not sure why we were told to wait so long. It was the longest check in ever had. I booked a family room with two adults and one kid but there are only two cups in the room and few towel. The worst is a big lorry came to load at just after 6am. It made loads noise. The staff's English need great improvement as they are not native English speaking. Staff were not quite warm or knowledgeable. I booked the hotel during flash sale in 2014 so it was a bargain but will never go there again. 19 February 2015
