Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Military friendly and polite. I came in after midnight and the staff was very friendly. The lady I talked with made it a point to relate to me. She offered to help with anything I needed. The next morning my bill was not under my door and I went to the front desk. They were apologetic and offered a new one right away. I explained that I came in very late and they took responsibility and said they should have taken care of it. I appreciate when someone shows they care. It was a nice (short) stay. 19 November 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just ok I have to say, this is not one of the best HI Expresses I have stayed in. Nice location but lots of work to be done. They are going through some upgrades which are nice. However just to me it does not meet up to the IHG brand. Parked my car and got a luggage cart to get my suitcases. Went to go into the hotel. The Hotel shuttle van was parked in front of the door. I am thinking they are waiting to pick someone up. Nope that is the general parking spot for the van. Since the drive through is barely two lanes wide, could not get the luggage cart in the door. I had to go down the side walk where ramp was and then back up to the door. When I talked to someone about moving the van to make it easier for customers like myself to get their luggage in, they were "Oh" I think we need to park it out of the doorway. The business center I have to say is a JOKE! Took ten minutes to get connected to the internet. Then I could not print from the computers. After asking front desk, a young lady came over and said this happens a lot and started unplugging everything. Finally got it to work. The overall experience was just OK to UGH! 12 November 2014

I usually ask where there is a place close by to get some beer and the front desk person had two places with in walking distance. Breakfast was good, typical Express options. Room was nice and bathroom was clean. Overall, I would stay here again if I returned to the area. 09 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Complementary Van Service We selected this hotel for a week based on three criteria: price, location and the face that complementary van service was provided (for three miles around). We flew to Washington and were relying on Metro system for transport. The hotel van took us to the Metro stop each morning of the week and returned us to the hotel each evening. It transported us to and from local restaurants and stores at our request. This service was invaluable. Coupled with comfortable rooms and a fine breakfast, this was our hotel of choice. 06 November 2014
