Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room We were just in town for Garth Brooks so our stay was just one night. At the check in was a friendly gal who promptly got us checked in. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast the next morning had a nice variety of food...all we could ask for and our every need was attended to. Would definitely stay there again. 08 December 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comedy of Errors Arrived at Hotel and checked into room ... After we unload all our stuff we discover that the AC was not working properly. I went to front desk and asked the person if we could get another room as AC was not working correctly ... she questioned me like I did not know how to operate the AC and I told her I have stayed in many hotels and know how to operate. She then had to go to my room to make sure I knew what I was talking about and then got us into another room. The next morning for Breakfast, we got to Breakfast room before it was supposed to be over but a lot of the food was not out and we were asked if we wanted anything they could bring it out ... and also they were out of Cinnamon Rolls as they said the shipment did not come in. I stay with Holiday Inns regularly and never complain, but this was a totally bad experience!!! 04 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Downtown St.Louis The only thing i Would like to see added to the bathroom gifts is "shower caps". Other wise our stay at this hotel was very nice and would recommend it to my friends and family. All the hotel staff were very helpful professional and gracious. the hotel clerk was able to help find a Emergent clinic for my husband when he got sick. She made a couple of calls and got directions and phone number for us. We will stay here again when we return to St.Louis. 03 December 2014
