Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Improvement We visited 5 states and stayed at 6 Holiday Inns. This Holiday Inn, even though the most expensive was the only one that did not meet expectations. For example, our room was not cleaned the first day; the second day it was cleaned; and the third day the room was cleaned but the beds were not made. Similarly at breakfast, things like milk, etc would run out but there was nobody to replenish them. The manager and some of the staff were super helpful. As for some others, cracking a smile or saying hello seemed alien. The Voodoo Lounge and staff were fantastic. 20 January 2015

She went above and beyond to make the stay more comfortable. Mike with security was also a joy to meet. He always has a smile and will help out where needed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable The front desk associated was very attentive and made me feel special as an IHG member. He acknowledge it right away and thanks me for returning. The room was very nice and was on the IHG floor which I appreciated. The shuttle person was also very polite and professional. 06 January 2015

The only thing I had to worry is to be out of the room by 10:00 am so that they can clean the room or else it won't be done. 05 January 2015
