The shuttle service was amazing especially at one am. The front desk attendants were very attentive and informative. The hotel was very close to the airport making it very convenient for travel. Fitness center was newly renovated and breakfast was delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff as I was greeted upon entering the hotel. I was surprised at the ease of check in. The staff was overly accomodating. Each day, the cleaning staff asked if any additional towels were needed and my room was cleaned after I left the premises as requested. The breakfast choices were average but enough to accomodate the number of tenants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends for the cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff and its affordableness.

First let me say that the hotel itself and the room were excellent. I love the modern decor of the room. It's the first I've seen a Holiday Inn do this but I hope the others follow.
My only complaint was about my Priority Club status. I wasn't recognized as a member of the Club or even my Platinum status. This would have been my first time being a Platinum (since 12/14) and I felt let down. It was late when I checked in this could have been a contributing factor.
I mentioned my concern upon checking out and the on-duty clerk apologized.
I would stay here again if ever flying out of New Orleans.

Both people I dealt with at the front desk were friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The fans in the breakfast area were annoying. I couldn't get away from them and they made my food cold. Loved the free cookies at the end of the day!
