I normally bring my own pillow when I travel for work since I am never sure that the pillows in the hotel will meet my high standards but the pillows in my room were perfect. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Remodeled Room I was fortunate enough to get a remodeled room which was very nice but had a faint smell of cigarette smoke which I found surprising since it was so recently remodeled. The light in the bathroom was built into the mirror and is simply didn't work well and I was told all the mirrors had to be replaced. Overall, a great staff and nice property. 16 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Let Current Renovations Discourage You Even though this property is undergoing renovations, you shouldn't let it discourage you from staying here! The service and staff are top notch, going the extra mile to make you feel welcome, showing you the amenities, and helping out when we had baggage troubles. The room we were in had recently completed renovations. It is fresh, inviting, extremely quiet, and we slept so well on the new beds. Unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of the pool since we had a late flight coming into St. Louis and an early flight back out in the morning. But, we didn't get to see the outdoor pool (lap style) and explored the grounds which are clean and safe. 15 September 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VERY Comfortable bed and great service. Our experience at this hotel was almost perfect. The coffee maker in the room and the hair dryer did NOT work. But we had our own hairdryer and I drink to much coffee when available. But I would accept a coupon for the next stay since I missed my morning coffee. 12 September 2014
