Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good service This is an excellent hotel. We always stay at this hotel when we travel to the Atlanta area several times per year. As a club member, the front desk service is always very good and the front desk clerk is always very courteous and attentive to our needs. The food needs improvement, but we realize that continental breakfast food is almost always needing improvement. 14 September 2014

And the attendant seemed to have an attitude when I checked out. It's by far not the worst place but could use some improvement. 12 September 2014

Poor quality and availability of breakfast foods (Will give allowance for this since regular food service personnel called in sick). Overall experience was good and if in the area would stay again. 11 September 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything was great....staff, food, room. We had a great time. It was so near to the Stone Mountain Park. We visited the Daisy Festival so that was important. The beds were so comfortable....don't think I have ever slept so good away from home. The breakfast was outstanding and the lady, Erica that served it both mornings was very accommodating. She was very prompt in bringing new trays of food out. The lady that helped us at the front desk was Tawanna. She went out of her way to see if there was anything we needed. All of my ratings were excellent except for value. That's just me, I always want a better price. The only suggestion I would have for the rooms would be to expand the TV channels......I could not find the Braves game on the TV. (that probably wouldn't effect many people, but I'm a big Braves person.) We will probably stay there again next year. 09 September 2014
