Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect in every way I cannot say enough about our stay at the Houston Southwest location in Sugar Land. Everything about the suite we stayed in was perfect, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The breakfast choices in the morning were five star *****! Even the vending machines offered these weary travelers scrumptious options for a "not hungry enough for dinner but hungry for something" appetite. The front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I recommend this location with absolute zero hesitation. 14 January 2015

Extremely friendly staff...all of them that we came in contact with. Check-in was prompt, informative and friendly. If not on a tight schedule, would've stayed longer. 31 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room was okay but breakfast was lacking Room was comfortable and relatively clean, but the bathroom vanity area is very small. The breakfast was poor by Holiday Inn standards, which was a big negative for us, since we love to eat breakfast. However, the staff at the front desk were very polite, friendly, and professional. 29 December 2014
