First time here - very little to say other than it's excellent all round.
Will just highlight customer service. There were about 15 of us involved in an event at the RAC Club which entailed us being out by 0615. On a Saturday the breakfast does not begin till 0700. I mentioned this at check in and the immediate response was " we'll unsure that full breakfat is set up for you all" - and it was. Way beyond the call of duty so well done!
Don't hesitate to visit.

The staff were great really welcoming - I arrived very late after a long drive. I chose Holiday Inn Express because I know it will deliver friendly, efficient service with clean and comfortable rooms and beds. The Epsom Downs hotel is a beacon for the brand.

This was our first experience staying at a Holiday Inn Express in England (we are Americans), and we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and accommodation. The location was excellent, being right next to the Epsom Downs race track. The public areas were very clean - as was our room. We had very comfortable bedding and the room was fairly quiet, despite some renovation work in front of our window.
My only quibble was with the bathroom. It was a shower only - no tub - and there was a slight leak in the corner. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, there was no problem with our room and the housekeeping staff were prompt and excellent in all of their work.
