Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good stay Stayed here for 1 night and had a great stay. The room was nice and comfortable. Bed was also comfy. This hotel was close to the airport and shopping malls and tons of restaurants. We had a great stay and would stay again! 14 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The greeting When I arrived they did not acknowledge that I was Gold Priority statues NOR did they even acknowledge I was a priority member. Then the key machine would not work so they had to get someone to take me to my room in which at that time I could not leave the room because I would not be able to get back in. Every evening when I would return to the hotel no one at the desk would talk and most of the time there were a couple employees outside the doors smoking. The lady I think her name was Donna who worked late night like 11 PM - Morning was the nicest one of all. She would talk when I came in late. 11 December 2014

Its nice we can get to our room, relax and walk over to the game. Rooms are nice size and clean. Would recommend this Holiday Inn Express. 11 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay and great location We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express because we were attending the Buccaneers game. It is the perfect combination of quality hotel and location. The perks are you are able to walk to the stadium and a hot breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay here again, I have no complaints. 10 December 2014

The location was very close to the airport and there were a lot of places to eat close by. I was not offered bonus points though so I will have to contact IHG about that. 08 December 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Platinum status does not matter Lousy internet. Upgraded to suite might as well have had a regular room. Lousy suite. No Tv in sitting area was told they would work on it never called back!!! Called to ask for top floor was not treated professionally. Very poor customer relations. Would never stay here again and am rethinking staying at Holiday Inns. My status at other chains is treated with excellent customer service unlike this HI express. 08 December 2014
