Great hotel, close to attractions in quiet and clean area

There was dried up blood on the second bet sheets. I called down to the front, she was like oh, well house keeping will be around, like it was no big deal. I don't know about you but I would not want blood stained sheets on my bed. When I came back, the maids just threw the sheets on the bed, they did not even make it up. The breakfast was so so, could not expect much from a hotel. The staff barely spoke when you came in. There was a stain on the shower curtain that stayed there the whole 4 times. And ya'll do not change bed sheets at all. Ya'll are very conservative when it comes to being clean. The maids did not put new towels in my room, only when i put them on the floor. When i got there it was 3 towels, the next day only two were new. They did not refresh them but they did leave two bars of soap, but i had my own. I guess that is the only thing they refresh

Very poorly managed and under staffed
Cleaning staff used the only elevator most of the time causing long waiting.

We stayed at this hotel the night before leaving on a cruise out of Tampa. The room was clean and staff helpful. Breakfast choices were enough to satisfy all of us. Liked it so much, rebooked for a couple of days after our cruise to extend our vacation.

internet spotty; maid service terrible, had to go to front desk for toilet paper, towels etc. coffe in room not replaced. would not stay there again.

We stayed here on points as we were visiting nearby relatives and on a shopping mission. The point level was low and now we realize why. This hotel needs renovation. We stayed at 5 IHG properties in a week on points and this one was by far the worst one. They didn't have our room size as per the booking but they upgraded to a king suite but with a sofa bed. We were four so didn't get the rest we wanted after a long late night flight. If you have a choice, don't take a chance on this one.

They were very accommodating for our early / red eye flight arrival. Very comfortable stay. We have stayed there before and will return again!
