Another guest screamed obscene language at my wife and I, and then hit our vehicle with two muffins thrown out a fourth story window. When we told management about this incident we were told they would take care of it. When we went to check out we were told they believe it was teenagers that did it, but they weren't sure. Nothing happened on their end. They did not even speak with the guests. The manager just laughed about it and sent us on our way. All it showed is that this hotel does not care about the guests in the hotel. Just about how many rooms it can fill. 04 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a 3 Star Hotel Stay was okay, but I would expect more from a 3 star hotel. Staff was unprofessional. Room service answered the door blaring music on their phone. There are plenty of much nicer hotels nearby for a fraction more. 04 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Old furniture and Small Problems Overall, this long stay was alright but will not book again when there are better HIE near this area. The furniture is antiquated and in our case bad shape. Molding was broken or missing on the TV stand / dresser. We were on the 3rd floor and one day did not request room service but just needed towels. The Maid on the floor informed me that she was not assigned my room was not going to give me towels. When the maid assigned my room got on the floor, she didn't speak English and basically just gave me full access to her cart. On a positive note, Robert at the front desk was always smiling and giving me the greeting of the day. Of which, he was always there. Day or Night. 28 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TV not working :( Hotel was nice and clean staff courteous but couldn't watch the tv. Had to call front desk to send someone to figure it out after they came to our room it took them 20 minutes to figure it out and then by that time since it was already late barely watched tv so in the morning when we woke up and turned the tv on again had the same problem..... it only showed white snowy lines.....static..... so NO TV for us again!! You would think it would be as simple as turning the power button on but it wasn' we just gave up... didn't even bother to call them again 25 February 2015
