Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't ask for a taxi recommendation I asked the staff for a taxi recommendation and they supposedly called and set one up for me for 5am to catch a flight. I was outside waiting at 4:55AM until 5:10 and no one came. When I went in to ask the front desk she gave me the card of Scotty's Taxi who hung up on me several times when I questioned them picking me up. The person there this morning was finally able to get me a taxi and I made my flight. I don't understand why a major hotel would recommend an obviously shady taxi driver linked to someone's personal cell phone number. Very disappointed in that service but thankful for the help of the young woman that worked the morning of 7/9/15. I know I was very upset and apologize for being angry when it was not her fault.
