Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad customer service We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. After the first night, we left the hotel early in the morning and returned about 9pm. I went up to the room to grab some clothes to take to the laundry and when I got to our room, I found the latch propping the door opened! Nothing seemed to be missing. When I went to front desk, the desk clerk did not seem to be concerned that our door was left opened ALL day. I also mentioned that neither washers were working and I needed to do some laundry. In the morning, the front desk clerk was also not concerned with the fact the room door was left propped opened. As an IHG member, we stay at Holiday Inn's often and have never received such awful customer service. 15 April 2015

The front desk clerk was very nice at getting us a room that would be quiet, due to several young kids staying at the hotel. Breakfast is great. Everything very clean. Parking and location was good. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Several problems while at this hotel I'm a platinum rewards member and have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels. This was one of my least favorite. I was unable to park when returning at night, because half of the parking lot was roped off...I was tired and all I wanted to do was get in our room. When I parked in a non parking spot and went in to ask where I was supposed to park and if I could stay parked where I was. I was told no. I was told the security guard would move the rope so I could park. Why the inconvenience and frustration to guests...no point in blocking half the lot. I needed quarters to do laundry they were out. They gave me $1.00 bills for my $5.00 bill and told me to go use the vending machine and put in my $1.00 push return and it would give me quarters. I stayed up very late drying clothes only to find out that the dryer didn't work at all. I had to lay the clothes all over te room to air dry. At breakfast, the sausage was cold. Anytime I went to the front desk, it felt like I was inconveniencing them, since no one was at the front desk anytime, they were always in the back...it would take them a bit to come up to the counter. I did not feel like a valued customer. I complained to customer service and never received a response from the hotel. 12 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value in LA This was a pleasant hotel with a great staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free parking and breakfast are a bonus. My husband loved the fresh baked cinnamon buns and so did all the guests. Ano greeted us at the front desk and provided us with very valuable information about the hotel and the area. The staff was very responsive to all of our requests. 09 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected Stay I was very surprised to find this hotel so close to everything I was looking for. Staff was great, very friendly and always had a yes attitude. The desk attendant that checked me in as well as the breakfast room lady were very attentive and kept everything under control. Will recommend and tell others about this hotel. 06 April 2015
