Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, great service Hotel was under construction during my visit, but it did not affect the quality of my stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and explained how the construction would impact my stay (ex. breakfast would be moved to another area, etc.). I had to leave very early the next morning and was running late and unable to check out. When I called later that day, the staff was very understanding and was able to check me out over the phone. Room was clean and nice. 11 January 2015

This was my first visit to this Waltham, MA location and I was equally as pleased with the service I received by the staff here. Everyone was extremely welcoming, polite, and friendly. They were very accommodating to my needs and provided me with exceptional service throughout my entire stay with them. This hotel was very clean and very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family. 07 January 2015

I have stayed here several times, and they are consistently friendly, helpful, and gracious. Before booking, though, make sure that there is no ongoing construction. Right now they are doing some extensive renovations, and that disrupted the routine for my kids and I. 01 January 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Option There are things I liked and did not like about my experience. There was construction going on, the bathrooms are small, the bed was too soft, and the Wi-Fi was slow. That said the room was clean, the staff was friendly and responsive, the amenities were decent, and the price was very good. There are other hotels close by with big this and better that and cost 50 - 75% more. This is a quality hotel at a reasonable price. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is a very good option. They are also pet friendly which can be a big plus. 01 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience No warning about repairs being done to hotel when reservation was made. We expected the usual minimal choices at breakfast - didn't even get the usual. Eating arrangements were uncomfortable - the worst was the cold air that was pumped into the room. No pool, no fitness center, no warning about this when reservation was made. And the worst thing was the fact that the heating system didn't work in the first room we were given. We were moved after some discussion - actually we had to move ourselves after we had unpacked.
