Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel for the money I stay here regularly, I've tried other brand hotels in the Warwick area including the Holiday Inn Leamington Spa which is closer to where I work but the express is better, cleaner, better customer service and overall better customer experience. The staff are great and always respond to every request quickly and care about the service they deliver. All are excellent and while I don't normally single out individual staff where the whole team are of a excellent standard, Jack on the main desk did resolve an issue for me and also called me while I was in work to confirm it was sorted. I've stayed in many hotel chains and none of them were faultless, but The true measure of a team is how they respond to issues and resolve them. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by champion hotel stayed at this hotel last week 21st -23rd was greated by Adam , who is the only person that has atctually greated us from the off set as gold members , so well done to Adam , we enjoyed it so much we have booked for another weekend 7th march for 2 nights , we can recomend this hotel , well done to all concerned. 27 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lovely room, but ! Lovely hotel, nice and clean & new. Room was very nice. Ideal for two, but stopping as a family of 4, (only for 1 night though was a blessing) and having a sofa bed as well as a double bed in the room, made it very, very cramped. I have had a lot more room in other similar accommodation with the same room set up. Breakfast was a bit hectic. Very busy on a Sunday morning, limited seating & if you didn't stand and wait in a queue for the sausages to be re stocked, you missed them. As soon as they put them out, (only about 12 - 15 at a time) the first 3 or 4 people cleared them out. Scrambled egg was also too sloppy for me. The breakfast moan is being a bit picky. We had a good peaceful nights sleep with no noise or disturbance from anybody in a very nice room, but best if its only for 2. 26 February 2014

Spotlessly clean Room & great facilities - Flat screen TV, WIFI , Hairdryer, Tea & Coffee etc Excellent choice for Buffet Breakfast and very well organised. Would definitely book a Holiday Inn Express in the future - hope they are all as good as this one! 25 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall great but could do better We checked in to our family room and it was all great. Unfortunetly the kids bagged the comfy double bed which left my husband and I on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and very lumpy. Breakfast was superb and a great variety of foods to keep everyone happy. On check out we asked for our Stratford tour bus tickets as this was part of the package I booked. At first the staff were very unhelpful and just basically wanted us to go away. In the end they said we could get the company to ring them when we got to their office and they would confirm it was included. When we checked in we were told we could collect the tickets from the hotel, but on check out the staff did not know what we we were talking about. This needs sorting out. 23 February 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by ok for one night We stayed for one night after a visit to the NEC and it was just acceptable for this. The room was basic with a noisy heater and bath towels made of sand paper. We did not appreciate being woken at 7:45 by house keeping to clean the room and breakfast was poor with most of the hot food gone 8:45 when last call is 9:30. The staff seemed in a constant rush to clear up and refused to replace bacon and sausage because they were finishing in 45mins. We have stayed here before and were very pleased with the hotel, we will try somewhere else next time. 21 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good all-rounder Weekend break - great location, just off the M40 and easy to get to Warwick and Stratford-U-A. Room was clean and comfortable - a little tired around the edges but nothing to put you off coming back. Good, spacious ground area for breakfast and the bar was fine for a drink in the eve. Staff very friendly. Only little snag was housekeeping not providing 2 sets of towels and me not realising until morning... Told reception, just to make sure they didn't think I had taken them home as a souvenir of our stay! 20 February 2014
