Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Staff!! We were down for a hockey tournament and the staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond for us even though it was a crazy weekend with all the hockey teams there. We had a catered dinner for our team and rented the function room for them to have a place to hang out. Everyone from the front desk staff to the security staff on duty were great. We will definitely be back next year! 15 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle Service I completed this survey so that I could express how nice the shuttle driver was. It is unusual to receive such friendly, caring service. It was the same driver on my way to the airport... at 4:30 am and on my return at 11:30pm. He made sure that I had a card to be able to call when I returned. He stayed with me to make sure my car started. He took my bag on and off the van. and most impressive... he was caring!! 12 April 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not return The experience was a disappointment from the first interaction at check in to the time I checked out the next morning. At check in, the gentleman at the desk did not seem to care if I checked in or not. The first room I was given was on the second floor. When I opened the door I saw clothes hanging in the closet and a man's voice questioned, "Hello?". I apologized and quickly shut the door. I don't think I need to explain the dangers this could have presented to myself or the other guest and I was very grateful to have gotten out the door without any altercation. The man at the front desk said he was sorry, but I don't think he understood that he put two guests in a potentially dangerous situation that night. The next room he gave me was on the fourth floor. When I tried to enter that room, the key did not work and I made another trip to the front desk. After the front desk issued another key I went back to the fourth floor and entered an unoccupied room well over 30 minutes after initially entering the hotel. The next morning I woke up to get ready for my flight to find ants all over the floors, counters, walls, and on my personal items sitting on the counter. The young lady that took my key when I checked out did not ask about the quality of my stay and by that point I was running late because I had to check my bags for ants before leaving. If you are planning to stay in this area, I would recommend looking for other accommodations. 06 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Predictably good value and comfortable rooms I was in town for a family funeral and the comfort of the room and the courteous staff were a haven from the sad experience. Having stayed at the Warwick Holiday Inn Express on many other previous occasions, it was my first choice when I got the call to fly home. 03 April 2015
