I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the property, and very happy with the very comfortable bed and pillows. November 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Guest The front desk staff were not at all friendly when I arrived. The lady behind the reception did not welcome me and was not helpful when I asked for a luggage cart. She told me to go and look for it on one of the 5 floors in the hotel. On checking out I had a question about the account which the lady at the front desk brushed aside saying that the correct amount would be reflected on my credit card bill. Well, now that I have my credit card bill I see that I have been charged for parking and an additional $105 which is incorrect because my stay was paid in redemption points? I called to ask for assistance and was once again met with an unfriendly person on the phone (I called the front desk). She did not try and help me and at the end of the call she put the phone down on me without saying thank you or goodbye! Just plain rude! November 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Staff & Breakfast Staff Very knowledgeable & most courteous. We wanted to visit another state over the weekend & re-book upon our return to D.C. The front desk made it possible. They welcomed us back, family style. Also the breakfast staff always stopped, greeted & asked us to call on them if we needed anything. Breakfast meals were wonderful too. November 8, 2015
