Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent staff In the breakfast room area, Stephanie and Thomas could not have been more professional or helpful; their interactions with the guests were exceptional. They were positive and friendly, were willing to go the extra step to making our visit more enjoyable. At the front desk, Kenny and Monique were friendly and helpful. They answered my "many questions" with patience and accuracy. Charles, the manager, was professional. We observed his skill in his position on several occasions. He handled a difficult situation with patience and competence. There were buses of children staying at the hotel; we didn't see them or hear them. They stayed on lower floors and ate in separate areas which worked well for all of us. Smoothly executed operation. May 16, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk staff was great! When we arrived, the pool door had a sign indicating the pool was closed. It was apparently open, but the maintenance staff had not removed the sign. The jacuzzi did not work at all. It was colder than the pool! That was disappointing. But the staff was quite responsive to our requests for help, and did actively try to fix the problems. May 12, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cold Pool and Loud Sirens Check-in wasn't smooth, the lady didn't really know what she was doing. We had 3 kids with us and they put us on a 24 hours quiet floor. The INDOOR pool was freezing where my kids complained how cold it was and hardly swam where all the other Holiday Inns we stayed at we had to drag them out of the pools. Manager was super friendly and helpful. We listened to sirens all night long which I know the hotel can't help but it def. is annoying and woke us up frequently. The AC was super loud and we ended up shutting it off so it wouldnt rattle anymore. It was a very spacious room with a seperate seating area with another TV. Worked great for pizza in during the nasty thunderstorm.. May 11, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel; bad location The staff, room, hotel, breakfast, and wifi were all great. However, the location is very bad. I didn't feel safe walking around the area, so I just drove everywhere. I felt safe walking from the car to the hotel, but wouldn't venture beyond the property. I stayed in a handicap accessible room. My only suggestion is that the hotel add an extendable mirror on the wall in the bathroom. It seems that the mirror on the wall would be too far away for it to help anyone in a wheelchair. May 2, 2016
