Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quite and Restful Sleep Our room was the best I think we've stayed in, in along time! Very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were wonderful, very comfortable (not some used thousands of times) and sagging bed. This is a big plus for me with back issues. From the moment we entered the Holiday Inn Express we were greeted immediately very nice and explaining the Inn to us, where our room would be located and as well as breakfast in the morning. Made you feel like you were really appreciated in your pick of location!! The morning experience was just as pleasing, the staff at breakfast was very accommodating to us as well, they were very attentive to the breakfast bars continually refilling food, cleaning tables off and making sure everything was top notch. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Room, Good Breakfast but watch out I have stayed in many Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels over the years and this by far was the worst stay ever. Front desk staff was efficient but not friendly. A one hour late check-out was denied by the front desk. Hot tub had no pressure in jets, water was luke warm. Pool was extremely cold. Exercise room has been put in as an after thought. No weights, no yoga balls. No ice machine on 3rd floor, although the sign says Ice/Vending. The cleaning crew skipped my room one day and never cleaned it. On the positive side, room was clean, bed comfortable, and free breakfast was good. When one is away from home it is the small things that matter, most important I believe is the courtesy and friendliness shown by the staff of the hotel. The front-desk people in this case all get a Failing grade. July 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Courtesy What I will remember as most impressive is how the staff on the elevator who were the maids always spoke to say Good Morning or Good Afternoon whenever we got on the elevator. People get paid to do the job they were hired for but no amount pay guarantees that they will have good manners. Good manners is a personal trait and cannot be bought. This is what impressed me the most. June 24, 2015
