Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room! My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Waycross was no different than the other Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have stayed in. That is why I choose Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are always clean, the beds comfortable and the pillows. . . .where do you get those pillows? They are heavenly to sleep on! Best rest and relaxation I have had in a long time! I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. IIf you want a quiet room with great internet access / TV and the comforts of home, you will not be disappointed. Holiday Inn Express is always my first choice! 23 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Sauna should have been working. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express before in Waycross Ga I come for the Trains that I see. This hotel is updated compared to the others in Waycross. But I also believe that Everything should be working and this includes the electric sauna. Fix it or remove it! And if you fix it make it so the guests understand you don't want them to pour water on the sauna rocks. Or go with a sauna that does allow us the guests to pour water on the rocks. I was first given a room that was facing South and the view was poor. I asked for another room and was given a handicap room. I'm not handicap I asked if that was alright? The front desk clerk said yes as long as we have one room for a handicap person. I enjoyed the large bathroom and deep tub that was in my room. And the room was large and the ceiling was high. I truly enjoyed my room. The breakfast I had the next morning was good. It had the normal things and the pancake machine was really cool it was a first for me. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the breakfast personnel and the other staff members. I just wish the Sauna was working as it should have been. Thank You T.L.53 08 April 2015
