The refrigerator was a nice surprise as well, along with the micro-wave. The staff were all wonderful and attentive, including the desk persons. we were treated professionally and friendly. 24 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Is the stay = to the cost This is an older Express, and the room furnishments are dated, as are the amenities. most importantly everything is CLEAN! The bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows were worn but CLEAN! If I had to stay in WPB again I would stay here again....but I cant justify the price! WAY too much money for this grade of hotel. I have stayed at nicer Expresses and paid less, EVEN in season. As far as breakfast went... luke warm sausage, luke warm frozen omelets and empty coffee dispensers. I travel on business and have a limited time to eat breakfast, it needs to be ready and decaf just does not get it. At the end of my stay I felt I had spent too much for too little and as a consumer it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. If there is a next trip and I have to pay seasonal rates I will look at other brands. 13 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Smooth Sailing in West Palm I mostly liked the service in this hotel. Stormy was friendly, called to see if everything was okay with the room, that was a nice touch. A few minor things were lacking, the iron leaked water and the knob is missing in the stand up lamp so I couldn't turn it on. It would seem that they should check that everything works once in a while in a room because often something doesn't. That being said, the exercise equipment worked and that is important to me. 09 February 2015
