Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unchanged pillow cases, dirty room Note: Make sure your pillow cases are fresh and your bed has been changed before you sleep in it! My pillow cases were not changed and when I asked to have the bed changed, the pillows were put on the dirty carpet while the sheets were being changed and then the pillows with the dirty pillow cases from before, and who were put on the dirty floor, were put back directly on the clean sheets. Had I not been in the room while the sheets were being changed, I would have never known and would have again slept on dirty pillows. Room was dirty, grill in heating unit was full of dust. 25 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The hotel staff, both at the front desk and the cleaning staff, are always friendly and accommodating to my needs. The rooms are clean and I have always had a fridge and microwave making it very convenient. The beds are extremely comfortable and inviting. The location is very convenient with choices of many restaurants within walking distance. Have stayed here many times and will continue to make it my hotel of choice in the future. 17 February 2015
