Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful facility and excellent staff I was attending an annual three day Music Academy and during the first evening was notified that a family member had been admitted to a hospital with little or no chance of recovery. Not sure of our ability to remain at the Academy I notified the desk staff of the dilemma at in the evening and they proved quite accommodating and supportive as we felt with the unfolding loss from a distance. They were not intrusive but still managed to always be ready to help with the next snag; pretty much like an unexpected extended family. May 12, 2016
