The front desk staff were extremely helpful during our stay. Parking available at the hotel (underground) lift goes to car park. Air conditioning worked well. 15 minute walk to the castle and town centre.

Great little hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff good facilities and the dinner was great really clean, however be carefull if your uncomfortable with ajoining doors as I ended up in a room with ajoining doors but because the hotel was full I could move, which personally made me feel uncomfortable especially as on the second night the person next door was very obviously very very ill! But that wasn't the hotels fault.
Also the Breakfast is rubbish. I ate at 7:15am both nights which is classed as the early time and both times the scrambled eggs had gone crusty, yuck, and you only have a choice of Scrambled eggs, sausages and beans which just seemed a bit of a waste. The ceral choice was also only corn flakes, museli and crunchy nut cornflakes so not particulary heathly. the fruit was the tinned style and whole apples but nothing else, the yogurt was the cheep stuff, in comparison to the Yeo Vally that you normally get in Holiday Inn's, the pastries were dry so basically don't do the breakfast.
But the Dinner was amazing
