Staff was excellent and responsive upon check-in and with a couple small issues. Overall decent hotel stay. Not bad for the price.

The wife and I had an outstanding week without the kids. This location offered great rooms that were close to shopping for the ladies! hint, hint the MALL.....

Over all this is good place to stop for over night, price is good and location is good and service is good as well.
Hotel is a bit old and sheet and pilow is well used and time to change to the new ones.
I would stay hear again.

Upon arrival at the hotel the gentleman that checked us in was outstanding and very very welcoming. However, the night we had and the customer service this morning destroyed it completely. I am not sure we will EVER stay at another Holiday Inn and we most definitely will NOT be staying at this one. First of all - we were told when we got there that they were painting outside of our room and basically our room was sandwiched between the painting that was going on. And they "hoped" the smell wouldn't be too much for us. Well, just after arrival, we were attempting to rest before we had to go to an event. The paint smell was overwhelming and therefore we didn't really get a nice restful time before having to go to our event. Then throughout the night we were awoken 5 different times from a rattling in the air conditioner that would start and stop repeatedly. Upon checking out the next morning the lady at the front desk was AWFUL! She didn't even acknowledge me standing there until I said "I need to check out." Then she huffed and said "I assume you want a receipt?" It was as though I was bothering HER! She then didn't even ask how our night was but I went on to tell her about our air conditioner issues. Her only response was "well you should have called the front desk, nothing I can do about it now!" I said we weren't going to move rooms in the middle of the night and kept hoping it would stop. She said, "well that's your problem, not mine."
I've never been so disgusted in my life. We will NOT be staying here again nor will we probably be staying in any IHG associated hotel and will be making our case known to as many people as possible! Definitely NOT worth the money at this hotel!!!

Very clean hotel, my room was clean including bathroom.
the breakfast area was clean and coffee and tea was available anytime.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodbridge, VA was pleasant and met the needs of my visit. Upon future business travel to the area, I will be sure to stay here again.
