Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gouging Arrived at approx 1.15 , check in is 3pm , was told it would cost me an extra $30 to access the room at this time . When i said I was not paying this , the receptionist informed me that if I signed up for a rewards program i would be allowed access to the room with no further charge !! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by When In Yreka A Good Place To Stay! Nice, clean rooms. Staff was friendly and get you checked in and out fast. Breakfast was good with good selection. Only complaints were the pillows were too soft, you could not leave the fan on constant which would have helped with the road noise and the TV control was a little complicated. In my next trip, I will stay on the East side of the motel and bring my own pillow. The pool, FYI, looked inviting and as I stayed earlier, the rooms and the entire facility for that matter looked and felt very clean. 06 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good overall experience, one minor flaw! Was very happy with our stay, however I learned over our stay that the hotel maids come in at 9 am sometimes before. On the day we went to check out she came early again, she was going to clean our room before we checked out which means that it wouldn't have been cleaned for the next guest. This is something I experienced.... some of our towels were gross like someone had spit in them. Other than that gross part of our experience I would always recommend a Holiday Inn Express! Just check your towels!! 31 October 2014

Used the business center...wish the copier was also a color printer but it was only black ink. Breakfast was great, again clean and great service. House Keeping went out of their way to ensure my room was clean. My stay was comfortable and I was able to relax after a stressful day. I recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Yreka, CA. Thank you Holiday Inn Staff! 31 October 2014
