Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic staff I have been coming to the Holiday Inn Express Bridge of Don Aberdeen every 3-4 weeks on business for the last 6 years and I have always had a very warm welcome from the staff. They always go out of their way to help and cannot do enough to help. I would consider many of the long standing staff as friends. The hotel is clean, run efficiently and has a very friendly atmosphere. May 31, 2016

Breakfasts are early and adequate with reasonable choice. Beds could be updated but not uncomfortable. depending on time water is either hot or lukewarm. May 31, 2016

Never had too much of a problem here - improved breakfast is welcome, TV system is terrible as in all Holiday Inn hotels - otherwise, great place to stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Aberdeen Holiday Express cleant and tidy Room was clean and tidy bathroom soaps etc were minimal. Staff were attentive and friendly. If dining late you need to go next door to the Holiday Inn however they serve food at the bar area until 11. Have stayed in both the Express and Holiday Inn here. More for the convenience of the dining and quality of the breakfast though the staff were helpful and rooms clean however not being able to run a tab without leaving your card behind the counter at the Holiday Inn last time was unacceptable especially as I had three rooms and staff there.
