There needs to be better signage due to the construction going on in the area. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Eating places nearby. Slightly higher than expected for the area. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not very clean The tile in the entry and bathroom looked as though it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while. Also the AC unit was disgustingly dusty. I almost didn't want to have it on but it was so hot I had no choice. The elevator also seemed like it need servicing. I stay at HIE a lot and this one did not meet my usual expectations. However, I did appreciate that they had a free washer to use. September 16, 2014

Was not recognized on check in as Platinum member but was after I asked about welcome gift and was offered choice of gift or points. NIce. Was busy in the morning for breakfast and pancake machine was not ready until after 6:30 AM. Understandable as they were busy and alot of people showed up at 6:00 AM. Room was nice and comfortable. Would recommend property to others. September 16, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Late night employee problems!l We checked in at 2 am. Family had been in serious car wreck so just out of hospital. Clerk greeting us never spoke except to say sign here. We then had to go back to get keys reconfigured, as the did not work. She was watching TV eating Cheetos. Had to clean her nails before she could help us. Then we had a cricket in the room to sing us to sleep. I did tell morning manager about problem. September 10, 2014
