We loved our stay. It gets harder and harder to write reviews for the my recent stays at Holiday Inns (various locations). Each one keeps surpassing my previous stay. Everyone is super nice and the rooms were recently remodeled. It was a complete pleasure.

Room was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything in my room seemed brand new. Property is well-maintained. Staff was great. I'll be back.

I have been using holiday in for many years, and most of the time they are great. This instance I was asked to show my ID and they made a copy of it, which I have never done in the USA.
They charged my credit card in advance which is not the way I do business.
They also had an old address (2 yrs old) in my records.
Which I had updated time and time again.
And they had me as "base" status when in actuality I am "gold".
All in all I was not impressed with the way I was treated.

The staff and service as well as the accomondations are excellent. I stayed for three nights and for all three (3) breakfasts they served the same style eggs. Most Holiday Inn Express locations that I have stayed at rotate egg selection on a daily basis. In addition I received two (2) bottles of water for a three night stay to recognize my status as a priority club member (Platinum). I have stayed at the location numerous times and never remember an up grade. Having complained about the perks all of the important reasons for returning there are excellent. I highly recommend this location. I'm sure I will return to this facility the next time I have pleasure time or business in Atlantic City.

Having stayed at this location several times...the level of service never goes below EXCELLENT. The hotel is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff provide EXCELLENT customer service, always pleasant and friendly! The location is also perfect for easy access to Atlantic City and the surrounding areas.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff will welcome you with open arms and make you glad you chose the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are relaxing and the pool and jacuzzi are perfect. You'll definitely want to come back.

I have stayed at this property several times and I like it very much.
This time I stayed in a king bed room (as double rooms were not available, even as a Priortity Club member a nd requesting it months in advance).
Check-in was efficient and off to my room, I went. The location is perfect for my needs.
The decor of the hotel lounges is beautiful! The room was as well.
I would like to suggest a small hand mirror for the bathroom, especially for your female travelers. After a night in the king bed, it was very uncomfortable and I ended up with a sore back.
The breakfast was good though someone did set off the fire alarm due to something was the toaster. The alarm went for 30 minutes! I would be very scared if it was an actual fire and it took the fire department that long to get there.
I was also disturbed by a front desk person screaming - and I mean screaming - at someone on the phone. Perhaps that phone call could have been conducted in the back?
Check-out was also efficient.

This hotel excels in many ways. Every staff member was friendly and helpful during our two night stay. Public spaces and rooms are perfectly clean and modern. The building is smoke free. The sparkling clean indoor pool and hot tub are set in a beautiful atrium. The exercise room is nice. My family enjoyed a two bedroom suite where my children had their own television and two queen size beds. Rooms and bathrooms are large. Bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is delicious.
During our stay, the hotel was hosting families displaced by Hurricane Sandy, temporarily placed by FEMA. Several of these people had great compliments for the hotel's management being especially accommodating and kind. A highlight of our stay was seeing Santa visit and give gifts to every displaced boy and girl. The hotel arranging for Santa's visit is one among many examples of how this hotel excels.

We stayed with the Holiday Inn under a distressing situation. We lost our house in the storm. The staff, Ray, Louis, and the two Johns as well as the young ladies, epecially the head housekeeper, made us feel very comfortable. Not only did they help us forget our troubles, they went our of their way to accomodate our needs and chear us up. Especially RAY who helped us get through Thanksgiving day! Everyone was very extremely pleasant. John went out of his way to help get our reservations under FEMA. Everyone bacame part of my adopted family for awhile. We made the right choice in staying at the Holiday Inn.
Thanks to the entire staff!!!!

I usually do my best to make it difficult for hotels, I check in between 4:00AM and 9:00Am and request a very late check-out. These people are always ready to accommodate me with a smile. I can't say enough about the staff. VERY nice people that seem to really enjoy their work. Thanks to them for making it so easy for me. I will stay there every time I am in the area.

I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in years but, as a result of my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Absecon, I will certainly consider it more often. At the time of my stay, the hotel was occupied mostly by Hurricane Sandy victims. The staff understood the situation and made every effort to accommodate special needs. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included) was good enough to start the day. It would have been great with a little more variety. All-in-all an excellent value.

I have always liked Holiday Inn Express because of it's excellent customer service and their bed's comfort (sheets and pillows). However, for this location, the sheets looked overused, the floor towel's edges were already losing it's stitches, the bathroom door caanot be kept open and needs the trash can to keep it open. We were also not told that it was an adjoining room.
We didn't stay much in the hotel which was okay. We only slept for a few hours. But I still commend the excellent customer service of the Front Desk staff.

I like to stay at this location, good value and conventient location. The facilty is clean and modern. I am a Platnium memeber but everytime I check in they insist that I am Gold. Finally, I had to show my card to prove to them my membership status and they still wanted to argue with me. They need to inform their desk staff that I do have other choices!

- Great Hotel. Priced just right for a weekend.
- An ideal place for a non-gambler - a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and tax-free shopping areas :)
- Hotel is relatively new and everything was clean and fresh.
- Front Desk quite responsive. Around midnight, I called front desk to report noisy neighbors. A few minutes later, noise decreased considerably to allow me to sleep.
- Downside would be proximity to airport (airplane noise).
- Wishlist: more variety for breakfast (more fruits perhaps).
- When I go back to Atlantic City, I will definitely book at this hotel.

I have been staying at Holiday Inns for many years and I am a Priority Club member. My check out day was Sunday Oct. 14. Check out time was 11:30. I had overlooked the time and was still in my room packing when I hear a VERY loud knock on my door. Thinking it was the housekeeping crew I admit I ignored the knocking. Within seconds another VERY loud knocking on the door. It was as if the police or F B I were at the door.. This time I asked who it was and opened the door. I was confronted by a female African American women dressed in a Pitts. Steelers jersey who asked me if I was checking out. I responded yes and asked what was the check out time and was told 11:30. I then asked what time is it and was told 11:45. I then said I was a Priority Club member and would call the front desk and ask for an extension on the check out time. I made the call and was granted the extension. I didn't then and still don't understand why she handled the situation the way she did. I was simply 15 minutes late in checking out. A phone call to my room would have served the same purpose. I was very disappointed in the way my 15 minute overstay was handled. I will not stay at that Holiday Inn the next time I am in the area. Nor will I recommend that Holiday Inn to other people.

From the moment of check in with Stephanie at the front desk, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. We had the Jr Suite and it was perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was excellent, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and SEVERAL other choices were provided. Kendra did a great job making sure everything was stocked well. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was able to print my boarding pass from the free computer available to guests. Did I mention the warm chocolate chip cookies on the check in counter daily? Hard to resist as you walk by! Thanks to all the staff here for making our stay very pleasant!!!!

From the time we arrived till the time we checked out we had an excellent time. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool and spa area were very good. Kids had a blast(lots of swimming) One small flaw in the room was loose fixtures in the shower area, not that big of a deal though. On the day before we checked out we noticed a leak in the wall air conditioning unit. I brought it to the managers attention and without hesitation he upgraded us to junior suite, no questions asked. I thought this awesome customer service. This alone would be enough for us to stay at this hotel in the future. Breakfast was just average but there was plenty of it. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to do AC and not spend "AC money" Also, as a priority club member, anytime we went to the front desk with a question we were given free bottles of water. A very nice touch.

All was good. Checked in late and left very early. Front desk guy very polite and accomodating. We actually had a very odd request to ship some clothes back to our home (before continuing on a longer trip). We provided the shipping label, but this request was handled properly and without hesitation, and the clothes were waiting at home when we got back a week later. Nice job!!

had a problem at another hotel - walked in late. gentleman at desk very helpful although very rigid....had rules - -be quiet, no running in hallway, no unattended children outside of room.
Meantime had no children, and it was very late -told him just needed a "clean room" to get a good night sleep.
