Rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet at night for a great nights rest. Staff was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and activities. Just minutes away from casino and overlooks Traverse Bay.

Enjoyed my stay in Traverse City, MI. The staff at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were kept perfect and all needs were met. The breakfast was good if a couple of times late. I will be staying there again.

I have got to say that I didn't have the highest expectations for staying at this hotel because frankly, I wasn't that concerned. We had a busy agenda anyhow. BUT I was incredibly and pleasantly suprised (our whole family was!) with the quality of the hotel, the very friendly staff, the food, the pool, and most especially the room. We had the King Suite, and I would book that again in a heart beat. In fact, we will the next time we're up there.

Only reason I might try a different place would be the price. Friends stayed someplace else on the water for 20 bucks less!

This is our third stay at your Hotel and we enjoy ourselves and the amenities that you provide for the traveling public.
We also enjoy the shopping diversities that Traverse City provides and relaxing opportunities in this city also.
We will be back.

I was in town for a work event. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was great. My only dissapointment was the shuttle to the casino only runs once during the week.

I made the wrong date reservation and we showed up a "day" early according to what I had scheduled and the staff was able to still fit us in. I was very grateful for being able to still stay at this location. We stay here every year this time of year!!

Very nice, clean hotel!! Only a few miles from downtown TC, so close enough to the action but away from all the crowds.
Pool and hot tub are great - staff was extra nice!!!
Will definitely be back!!!!
