Only reason I might try a different place would be the price. Friends stayed someplace else on the water for 20 bucks less!

This is our third stay at your Hotel and we enjoy ourselves and the amenities that you provide for the traveling public.
We also enjoy the shopping diversities that Traverse City provides and relaxing opportunities in this city also.
We will be back.

I was in town for a work event. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was great. My only dissapointment was the shuttle to the casino only runs once during the week.

I made the wrong date reservation and we showed up a "day" early according to what I had scheduled and the staff was able to still fit us in. I was very grateful for being able to still stay at this location. We stay here every year this time of year!!

Very nice, clean hotel!! Only a few miles from downtown TC, so close enough to the action but away from all the crowds.
Pool and hot tub are great - staff was extra nice!!!
Will definitely be back!!!!

Lovely room and a great view:) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and the continental breakfast offered a variety of choices both healthy and yummy. Easy access to Traverse City yet a bit more secluded.

I really Love this Hotel it's always a pleasure to stay here when ever I come to Traverse City. Some times the price is a bit higher than needed and I wish they would just keep it at one set price. However, the rooms are always clean and the staff are always accommodating. I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay. It's close to downtown however, not walking distance, you will need a car. I do like that it's a bit out of town away from all the hustle and bustle when all the festivals are going. It's very quite at night and always get a good night sleep. This last stay I had a room at the front of the hotel with a beautiful view of the bay. The parking is a bit crazy in the back when the hotel is full, they should of had more parking in the back and less in the front of the building as you have to enter from the back. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again on my next visit to TC which is usually at least 3-4 times a year. Thanks to all the great staff here for my enjoyable stays.
