I love Holiday Inn's.
Some of the breakfast items need changed. The bacon is so very thin and tastes funny. The turkey meat sausages are really bad. I cannot image the CEO of the company ever eating that sausage...and all HIN's serve that stuff. The pancake machine is awesome and tastes great. Coffee is good most of the time...sometimes it seems watered down. When it's good...it's really good coffee. The rest of breakfast items are very good, such as the eggs and muffins and pastries. Just a few changes are needed to make HIN's breakfast "great"!

I was very impressed with how friendly the front desk staff were. I was given a complimentary pack for being a club member. My room was very clean and the A/C worked well. The room even had a very clean smell. I was impressed. In the morning the breakfast was much more than I expected. The stay overnight was great!

I checked in a little too early when arrive after all i was very tired from driving over 5 hours but instead she kept us entertained and the kids love her for that. she help with taken care me and my wife by letting us stay at the pool and while the kids play in the pool until our room were ready. she did not have to do that and she did for that i will never for get her. She is very great and i would like to have someone like that on my team that think outside the box. I think you have a wonderful young lady that has great potential.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and we'll be coming back! Friendly staff, clean rooms. Only disappointment was the small pool with a broken railing.

this isn't the worst hotel in america. They did a good job of taking care of us while we stayed there. The IHG rewards club though could use a lot of work.

AC old style needs updated, area map for dinning would also be helpful. Staff should be more customer friendly.
