Unfortunate staffing Whenever it takes a call to IHG Guest Relations to rectify a situation that could have been handled at the front desk of the hotel, you know things aren't as they should be. There was an issue with my debit card when I checked in that I thought was fixed the next morning. However, that was not the case. I visited the front desk at least three tim es to resolve the issue and called the hotel at least four times. The "manager" assured me that if I emailed him some information, he would take care of things within five minutes. NOPE! It took 45 minutes on the phone with IHG Guest Relations before I began to feel like things would be fixed. Also, I was never recognized as a Priority Club member when I checked in. That being said, the hotel itself is very nice! June 30, 2015

We had just spent a week on a hard bed and the one at the holiday inn was incredibly soft and comfortable. June 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Roman stay in Kennesaw, Ga Great overall experience comfortable bed and pillows. The room smelled clean. The staff was very friendly both incoming and outgoing. The breakfast at the HI Express is always very good and this site, it met the expectations. The entire hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay again. June 17, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good staty missed wedding. Our room contained mold in the shower and the refrigerator was broken. We had to move rooms at the last min. in order to shower. The mold in the shower was previously repaired with a cover up. The hotel was booked and it was hard to find another room. By moving to another room, we missed the wedding we traveled for June 13, 2015
