Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortabel bed and great servie. I loved the size of the room and the nice bathroom. I want to go buy a pillow like the one at the hotel. It was so comfortable and the bed was perfect so I was able to get a good nights sleep. I could not hear anyone outside of my room which was great. The staff were very nice and made you feel welcome. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in the area! I fly as an attendant for a private jet company out of Kennesaw Georgia and have lay overs many times. I have stayed a many hotels in the Kennesaw area being closer to the local airport. Having been unhappy with the choices and attitudes, the pilot on this flight recommended Holiday Inn Express in Acworth just 10 minutes north. I will have to say, this is the best run, cleanly hotel I have seen in months. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, offered help at anytime day or night and were the bright point of my day. Since I was in the area a lot they offered to sign me up, with extra reward points, as a new IHG member. You will definitely see a lot more of me. This was the most well managed and best staff ever, my thanks to all of you. February 6, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by What's up with the shower I exclusively stay at holiday inn because of the quality for value that I have come to expect. Usually the staff strive to go above and beyond, even though it wasn't a quality that a few of the staff possessed during my stay. In the morning after waking up I went to the shower. I noticed a crack in the floor of the tub. When I pressed on the floor I noticed that water seeped out of the crack. It was obvious to me that this problem has existed for a while. I was about to request a different room to shower in, but didn't because I was already run behind schedule. While shower I not that the tub sank wherever I stepped, with the exception of where I could feel the tub frame. During my shower is all I could think is that I would expect better quality from a low budget motel. February 4, 2015
