Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Very nice and modern hotel with very pleasant staff. The floors are either paper thin or there was a circus act performing above us. You could hear the footsteps above like the ceiling was going to give out. Not too relaxing for sure .When we came to check in, the music was really loud and then you could hear the trampling of the feet on the ceiling above. Maybe they were trying to mask the noise??? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Rate Service After a very long day of driving, it was wonderful to see the "Holiday Inn Express" sign for the exit. When I pulled up and went in to see if there was a room available at this late hour, the young man behind the desk was helping another couple. I was tired and hungry and getting a little impatient. Slowly, it dawned on me that I really didn't mind the wait because he had stopped to acknowledge me and then finished giving that couple first rate service and that meant I would be treated the same. And I was, he saw I was tired and when I mentioned food - I got quick and simple directions to a nearby place to eat plus the entire time he was checking me in - I had his full attention. When another guest came up to the desk, the young man behind the desk quickly acknowledged him and then returned to efficiently taking care of me! And the bed was comfortable and sleep came quickly after a quick meal. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were efficient and made us all feel welcome. Important is the quality of the orange juice in the morning and my husband had 2 glasses because it was that fresh and that good. Thanks!! Love staying at Holiday Inn Express. May 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room except for the lingering bad odor. Friendly staff. Nice layout and furnishings. Got there around 1:30 AM so didn't ask for a room change when my room smelled like an old sneaker. I turned on the air conditioning (which was powered off) hoping it would clean up the smell. Not really effective. Next morning found an old orange juice left by a previous guest in the fridge. May 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bed After a long day of travelling, I was looking forward to getting a good night's sleep in order to continue my trip to Florida. However, the beds were most uncomfortable. I do not know if they are older mattresses or just cheap mattresses, but they are very flat. After paying the amount I did, I expected very comfortable beds. The manager and staff were great; had an issue with room rate on my reservation which the manager quickly rectified. We have always found the rooms to be very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast has a great variety. One thing that struck us on our last stay was the friendliness of the staff both to guests and each other. While at breakfast we overheard the night staff and oncoming day staff joking and laughing with each other. To me that shows that the environment must be fun and relaxed. The staff interaction with the guest certainly reflects that. We look forward to our next stay. March 12, 2013

We wished if we could have checked in earlier and enjoy longer hours in this comfortable room. I felt coffee was stronger than the other HIE hotels. Would love to come back when we have a chance. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms Our service was excellent. We had just driven from the Holiday Inn Express in Cape Coral and we wanted to be sure we received our reward points. When the staff looked up our name,there was no record of our stay. After several calls, the staff found that our nane and state were incorrect. They made the changes and we our now receiving our rewards points. We frequently stay at the Holiday Inn Express because the rooms are clean,the breakfast is great and the staff is always nice. The manager at Acworth was great. I think his name was Allen. February 17, 2013

Overall impression is of an older hotel that has been redone. not up to the same standards as other HIE. room was smaller and suite did not have a sofa. I was vacationing with 2 other people who were unfamiliar with Holiday Inn Express before our trip. I insisted that we look for Holiday Inn Expresses when needing to spend the night. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by October 2012 Treated Like Family in Acworth My sister and I shared a room for 2 nites in October while visiting my local daughter. We were greeted very warmly and checked in quickly, our room was spacious and very comfy for two. The staff was friendly and treated us like family, asking after our comfort and chatting amicably on the way in and out. Breakfast was fresh and more hearty than expected, I left pleasantly full for a day of shopping in Atlanta. I will recommend all the travelers from my family that plan on stopping in Acworth this winter on the way to Florida. I am certain they will be safe and comfortable.The manager Allen runs a beautiful facility and is very proud of the hotel and his employees. November 4, 2012

Upon arrival, I was enthusiastically greeted as a Platinum customer and provided all the amenities that were due. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Our breakfast the next morning was fresh and plentiful and we were able to continue on our trip rested and well fed. This is a great property and we will definitely stay here again in the future. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Hotel, Fantastic Room, Great Staff We checked in around 9:30 pm. We had our 11 month old grandaughter with us and had been traveling all day. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. Myra made us feel very welcome. My wife and I had brought in a sandwich and Myra opened the dining area for us to relax and watch TV. Our room was top notch and the staff was as good as you will ever find. Very clean. One of the nicest Holiday In Expresses you will find. I highly recommend. October 29, 2012
