The entire staff has always been very courteous and helpful each time I stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It is always enjoyable when I visit in this area and have the opportunity to stay here

I recently got married at cedar plantation and booked this hotel for my out of town guest to stay because of the proximity to the venue. I was promised a discounted rate for my guest if booking before a certain date and a complimentary shuttle if a certain number of rooms booked. I had several guest that called me to complain about how rude the staff was upon attempting to book their room and that the staff was refusing to give the promised rate in our contract. As for the free shuttle it only holds 7 people and is driven by the manager of the hotel that night and although my reception didnt end until midnight and I was told that wouldnt be a problem when I reserved the room the weekend of the wedding they refused to pick guest up after 10:55 so many of my guest had to take a cab. I spent hours hand making bags that were suppose to be given out to guest which none of my guest were getting and when I called to remind them they apologized and said they would give them out and still didnt. I called yet again and then they began giving them out to the wrong guest that were there for a different wedding! I had several guest that booked at other hotels after their poor service and rude attitudes on the phone trying to book! Do not waste your time on this hotel....they were more headache than the wedding itself and it is embarrassing for your guest to be treated that way!!!!!! BEWARE!!!

One of the best run Holiday Inns on the Route 75 highway.
Staff was friendly, breakfast bar was well maintained and cleaned.
Was the only Holiday Inn that gave us rapid checkout on the 10 day trip. We are IHG Gold Reward Members.

Thanks for helping to make our son's wedding a great success. It was so nice to have large, spacious rooms for all the out of town guests. It was so easy having family and friends in one place. The service was great and we all enjoyed a breakfast together the morning after the big event. Thanks for taking the stress out and letting us just relax and enjoy this special time. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, too.

I was surprised with the staff and hotel-one of the cleanest Hotels I have stayed at, it was clean even though it is a highway Hotel. The maids do a good job, very nice.
Front desk was great the young lady Shelly took great care of us, she cancelled our reservation in Lawrenceville and took care of us in Acworth. She was so pleasant-and very busy, it seems that this hotel is very popular in the area.
I will stop at this Hotel again, other Holiday Inn's are not this nice and the staff is not as caring-there is a sense of pride in the Hotel and people.

I was impressed the staff seemed to actually care about us and all of their guests. It was a busy Hotel.
Great food/restaurant recommendations Henry's was perfect but busy.
The hotel staff, front desk lady Francesca was so nice to us, the ladies cleaning were very good-room smelled and was clean each day. Breakfast was typical for a Holiday Inn Express.
I was insulted by the kids the teams-the boys were actually rude and tried to break and destroy the hotel property.

I enjoyed the Acworth Holiday Inn Express. It was close to the highway and close to restaurants and shopping.

This is an exceptional Holiday Inn Express, the property looks good, it is clean and the management/staff truly care about the guest.
The manager took me to the store, he used his car and dropped me off and waited while I got my family some food and items. I am impressed-it's people like this that make our travels memorable. He was doing everything in the Hotel for guest and his staff. I think his name was Fred or Frank.
The entire staff breakfast guy and maids did a good job! We will keep using the Holiday Inn Express Hotels.

Stayed for a week.Overall this hotel was okay. Was in handicap room on 1st floor. There were items broken in room( which never got fixed), housecleaning picked up soiled linens but forgot to replace them and did not make beds. Keys did not work 1st night, lady at front desk said it was our fault. The breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff were excellent and friendly. Curetta, front desk staff,was excellent, she tried to assist us The best she could. Sharnell, manager on duty, tried to give us discount but since we booked through a third party the only thing she was able to do was give us a 1000 point voucher from the rewards program which unless you have over 10,000 points doesn't get you anything. At least she tried. Not sure if I would stay again.

Deadbolts in both of our rooms were non-functional. Both rooms were musty and we couldn't get rid of the smell even with the spray bottle the employee for the night gave us to use during our stay. We stayed on a busy night when all the rooms were full. We arrived late so we were given rooms which had evidently not been used in some time.

We enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Everybody was so nice and the room was always clean. The breakfast bar was great and the hostess was really nice and I would recommend that Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon, Indiana a great place to stay. When we come back we will be staying there. Thanks for being so nice to us.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL, THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, THE PERSONEL VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE TV CONTROL REMOTE THAT WAS NOT WORKING I LEFT IT IN THE FRONT DESK TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES BUT THEY DIDN'T DO IT. I BOUGHT 2 NEW BATTERIES AND I SOLVED THE PROBLEM

Aside from the over 3 hour check-in disasters, the room was not cleaned when we arrived and was not ready until almost 6 PM that evening.
Complaints to the staff resulted in nasty, snotty, and gruff responses except for the assistant manager, who tried his best.
We also heard from the grapevine that the cleaning staff was on strike.
My son's room and check in experience was equally bad and we had to fight with the staff to achieve the room rate we were promised.

I have been a fairly frequent guest here for several months and have been satisfied with the service. However, I was disappointed in my last bill. The city of Acworth where the hotel is located recently dropped its municipal taxes. Rather than reducing the bill, however, the hotel added a “surcharge” to replace the previous tax. When I asked why the surcharge, the front desk person indicated it is okay because the total bill is still the same. To me, a reduction in taxes should benefit the consumer, not be an excuse to add profit for the hotel.

The front desk clerk, I beleive her name is Karen, was very courteous and helpful. I had requested a first floor room when I booked online, but on arrival my room was on a different floor. Karen got me moved to the first floor, with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Nice!! Morning staff was also very helpful with a late check out request. This was my second stay at this particular hotel and I would definately recommend. Thanks!!

Very nice and modern hotel with very pleasant staff. The floors are either paper thin or there was a circus act performing above us. You could hear the footsteps above like the ceiling was going to give out. Not too relaxing for sure .When we came to check in, the music was really loud and then you could hear the trampling of the feet on the ceiling above. Maybe they were trying to mask the noise???

After a very long day of driving, it was wonderful to see the "Holiday Inn Express" sign for the exit. When I pulled up and went in to see if there was a room available at this late hour, the young man behind the desk was helping another couple. I was tired and hungry and getting a little impatient. Slowly, it dawned on me that I really didn't mind the wait because he had stopped to acknowledge me and then finished giving that couple first rate service and that meant I would be treated the same. And I was, he saw I was tired and when I mentioned food - I got quick and simple directions to a nearby place to eat plus the entire time he was checking me in - I had his full attention. When another guest came up to the desk, the young man behind the desk quickly acknowledged him and then returned to efficiently taking care of me!
And the bed was comfortable and sleep came quickly after a quick meal.
Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were efficient and made us all feel welcome. Important is the quality of the orange juice in the morning and my husband had 2 glasses because it was that fresh and that good. Thanks!!

Friendly staff. Nice layout and furnishings. Got there around 1:30 AM so didn't ask for a room change when my room smelled like an old sneaker. I turned on the air conditioning (which was powered off) hoping it would clean up the smell. Not really effective. Next morning found an old orange juice left by a previous guest in the fridge.

After a long day of travelling, I was looking forward to getting a good night's sleep in order to continue my trip to Florida. However, the beds were most uncomfortable. I do not know if they are older mattresses or just cheap mattresses, but they are
very flat. After paying the amount I did, I expected very comfortable beds. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious.
