The excellent staff service coupled with meeting needs of a business/leisure travelers never disappoints. It's hard to find courtesy and attention in most places these days. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost Perfect This hotel is where my husband and I stay when visiting our daughter and son in law (for lack of space at their house). The rooms are always very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great with many selections for everyone. We stay at very nice 4 and 5 star hotels in larger cities and this little gem compares nicely to those! This time however, when we went to the front desk to check in around 8:00 p.m., the young man who checked us in was NOT friendly at all. This has never happened before and hopefully will not happen again. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but in this business first impressions are everything. We will not let this deter us from going back to this hotel. It is a great place to stay. February 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My stay was excellent at the Holiday inn Express, Ada, Ok I like the location of the Holiday Inn Express of Ada, OK. I always request a down stairs room and only one time in the years I have had stayed at the Inn I had to go upstairs due to guest staying over one more night. I have been a Director of Sales of a Quailty Inn years agree and had different training in Hotel Hospitality and therefore since I had been to several service semingars knew what to look for February 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ac/heating fan would cut on and off with the unit. you had to turn off the heating unit to have the fan run continuosly. the hotel staff was very well trained and had a focus on customer service, especially the breakfast lady. maids did not leave clean towels two days but the front desk handled that.
