Hotel is in good shape and what you would expect from HIX. Check in was good as well as check out. The room was comfortable with a well working air conditioner. If you plan on a hot breakfast and getting out early, don't plan on it. The hot food doesn't come out until 6:30 am.

I have stayed at this particular hotel several times when I have had business in the area. I have always received courteous and friendly service, found the room to be clean and with nice decor, and felt completely safe when traveling alone. The location is close to shops and restaurants, and it is a 5 minute drive to the East Central University. I tried another place in the area once, and quickly returned to making this hotel one of my favorites in the area!

Great staff, very helpful with a couple issues on check in. The first room had a tv with bad picture, so I moved rooms, and 2nd room was a little noisy, I was moved up to the 3rd floor and it was much quieter with everything working correctly except the entry light was dim/faulty.
Great breakfasts with a wonderful host taking care of the guests in the breakfast area. Only other issue was the internet was down, one day, and one on premises computer, seemed inop. Snow in the area may have caused them issues with the 'net and it was back up the next day.
I've stayed here twice so far and would consider it again because of the staff, breakfast, very comfortable rooms and location. Several nearby restaurants and stores actually within walking distance. Nice clean indoor pool area.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel, the rooms are always fresh and clean, the beds are very comfortable there is always a sense of peace when I walk in. The staff is always polite and friendly. The breakfast is good. Overall I have No complaints a Great Experience. I keep going back. Try it you won't be disappointed.
