Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE SERVICE & unfriendly staff When my husband made this appointment, the staff was awesome on the phone. We stayed one night, when we arrived the staff was nice. However we got to our room & it was at 80. Of course we turned down the air & continued to our event we were in town for. When we came back, our room was hotter than before. My husband went down to the front desk & was told they basically couldn't help us because the hotel was sold out. We asked for someone to come fix our A/C & we were denied that. Finally we were told that we could change to a room that was SMOKING & not even what we paid for. I understand we get a military rate however do not over sell your hotel and not be able to have proper accommodations for your guests. Upon moving into a room that smelled horrible & was not as clean as our prior room, we did ask the lady at the front desk, "Madison" for extra bedding. She said she couldn't do that. This lady at the front desk was SO HORRIBLE, RUDE, you could even tell she hated her job and wouldn't even let other guest in the front door because they forgot their key. I work in customer service & I know if any of our employee's were to act this way, in the blink of an eye they would be terminated. My husband and I will never stay at this hotel ever again as long as she is employed there. February 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay The only negative comment about this stay - with the sole exception of the check-in clerk, the staff was not friendly. Now they weren't unfriendly, they wouldn't speak, look at you. It was like they were trained to look past you and not speak. It was the same with maids, breakfast room. Wasn't bad but it was noticeable. February 11, 2015
