I had a problem to get to the hotel and had a rough night full of bad experiences, so I got there late in the night, I just wanted to rest and forget the problems that I had. The automatic doors where closed and since I hadn't checked-in I couldn't use a card to open them. I saw a lady at the lobby so I knocked to request some help and she completely ignored me. So I was there alone with my bags and trying to get in, and the lady was attempting to leave me outside. Then I leave to get some help from someone outside but there was nobody so I went back and knocked harder, the lady saw me with a furious glance, and I screamed "Help me!!!", she screamed back furiously "The phone!!!! The phone!! The phone!!!" and pointing at the phone (I didn't know what it was for). Then she let me in and let me do the check-in, but continued being mean to me.
I thought that Holiday Inn had a great customer service, but after this I don't know anymore...

The customer service was great but the room I stayed in was dated and there were signs that there must have been some sort roof damage because the framed prints on the wall had obviously been wet, the closet doors had some stains to the same extent. The room also is in need of fresh paint. While the room was clean, all these things made me feel otherwise. I'm not sure I would pick this Holiday Inn the next time I come to this area for work.
