Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad experience I am sharing my bad experience with Hotel Holiday Inn Express AHMEDABAD during my stay in the hotel during last more than three months (from 4th Sept 14 to 5th Jan 2015) with some breaks. Poor laundry service: • Cloths are not being washed and pressed properly. • Stains on the cloths. • Cloths were being exchanged with other guests. • Got T-Shirt after 15 days • One my brief and Vest is still to be traced. • Non delivery of cloths in-time Poor Service to room • Whenever anything was asked, it was not delivered in spite of repeated requests and some times more than 3 times and waiting for hours for getting the things such as water bottle, moisturiser, tea/coffee & creamer sachet, newspapers, sugar-free, etc. Poor House keeping • Rooms are not being cleaned properly • Carpet cleaning in the room is not up to the mark. • The problem of Air conditioning lasted for more than 3 days. Poor Restaurant: Asia Kitchen • Poor restaurant service • Poor selection of menu • Repetition of menu every day • Poor supervision by Mr Srikanta and Mr Govind. These persons are Very egoistic people and lacking in services in all respect. If I write all this in details, it will be too lengthy and it will run in pages. Even the senior people of hotel are not bothered to take care of our grievances /problems. The services of hotel are lacking in all the areas. No matured person is there at any level and management of hotel in Ahmedabad. Vehicles are not being provided/arranged by hotel in time. Every day in the morning & evening our guests are waiting for vehicle for 20 to 30 minutes. Not at all advisable to stay in this hotel any where in the world of this chain of group hotels.
