Can't complain about this stay. Lots of people staying but never heard them in the hallway or overhead. Comfortable bed and room. Clean room and plenty of towels for the girls. We didn't have to leave early so didn't get up to enjoy the breakfast so I can't comment on that portion of the stay.

I do not have any complains about this hotel. We had to make a last minute reservation due to the snow. I made it online and it was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and a few things were ready early which was good because we had to leave before the 6:00 AM start. The staff was friendly as well. I would book this hotel again.

I always have a great visit when I stay at the HI express in Oh, but this visit was outstanding by the young lady who checked me in. I will be staying at this location often now!!! Keep up the great work at this location!!!

Have stayed at this hotel twice now and would recommend it. The facility is very clean and comfortable, and I like the roominess of the king leisure room. It's a good value compared to others in the area and a newer hotel.
Our most recent trip here, there was a large contingent of teenagers in the hotel and they had decimated the breakfast offerings. Since the hotel is in walking distance to a Bob Evans, no problem.
There appears to be major construction about to start up next door, so noise may be an issue in the near future.

As a priority Club Gold Member, the staff automatically upgraded our room and provided some free christmas wrapped snacks at check in.
Entering in the hotel from the snowstorm that dropped 10 inches of snow, we were greeted by a statue of a ice skating Mickey Mouse at the hot chocolate, coffee, peppermint & cookie stand all in the lobby area to warm up after a long drive.
I chuckled as children took turns going to the front desk to get packaged "Cookies for Santa" packages with a note to Santa Clause & fresh baked cookies to put out in their rooms since it was Christmas Eve and they were not at home. The hotel staff had a flat screen tracking Santa's progress. They kept telling the little ones that Santa would find them at the hotel.
Our upgraded King suite was clean- smoke free. The hospitality and front desk staff in thier elf hats were friendly and efficient. We will be coming back to this hotel!

During my recent stay here during December 2012, I was very pleased with the staff that went out of their way to accomodate my needs. All the people were very pleasant and had a good attitude. Of special note, was the MOD for my stay, Kellianne, who was courteous, friendly and professional. I would stay here again on my next visit to the Canton, OH area.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and my stay was wonderful. The staff really went above and BEYOND to make my stay comfortable. They met my needs even though my plans changed a few times and I truly appreciated that it was a hassle free stay. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend staying at this location if you are in the Akron area, it was a great experience.

We stay here often, but there was a definite problem with breakfast throughout the week. Stale whole wheat bread early in the week, none later in the week. No light yogurt some days. Hard boiled eggs not out until 7.
On the upside Kellianne is an excellent desk agent. She had everything ready for us when we walked in and recognized us from previous visits.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Saturday Night staff was rude!!
We arrived to the property on Friday night and had a great experience with your staff both behind the desk and helping the people around the hotel. They truly acted like they enjoyed having us there and did so many things above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They also enjoyed our girls soccer team that was playing that weekend by talking with them and treating them really kind. They welcomed the parents with conversation and allowed us to socialize in a respectable manner before we went to bed. They helped us all feel comfortable in our rooms with everything we needed. They are to be commended!!! Now the Saturday night staff was very different.....The lady behind the desk was very irritated acting with the kids and the adults and did very little to try and accommodate. We were respectfully watching football games in the living room area and she had huge issue with that. I can understand if we were being loud but that was clearly not the case. She even called the police to come!!!! Very unnecessary!!! It was a nasty weather weekend as well and we asked if we could have a late check out so we could change into dry warm clothes after the morning game and she would not let my husband have one even though he is a priority member and she got rude with him about it. You know these weekends are supposed to be fun and times when the group bonds. I know you have policies but the Friday night staff worked with us and we worked with them to ensure all your guest were not bothered and we had no issues. We are all professionals and get that! The Saturday night girl just wanted to act in charge and seemed annoyed to have us there. We had two soccer teams from our club there that weekend and our club travels up there from Cincinnati often. I have to say unfortunately because of the experience on Saturday we would seriously consider not staying there again. I do want to again say the Friday night staff was awesome so maybe you could get them to train the staff that was on on Saturday night. April was one of the ladies names that went above and beyond with the adults and the kids.

We were there for a soccer tournament. A group of Dads were sitting in the breakfast area watching a football game on a Saturday Night having a couple of beers, along with other guests. Staff reminded us that 10:00 pm was "quiet" time. We agreed and felt like we complied. At 11:00 pm the police showed up and threatened us with disorderly conduct, for sitting in the breakfast area watching football. We were not that loud and the breakfast area is segregated pretty well. No clue why or how it happened, but will never come back.

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. but in the room the coffee pot did not work and the in room refrigerator ticked like a time bomb, even after reporting it to the front desk on day two. Finally just unplugged the useless thing. Road traffic was very loud and there was a constant breeze from window area.
